Wish I could get my orders from a different store. I'm stuck with this one due to proximity on the Subway App. Stay away from this $hithole that never gets orders right. Sends you rock hard bread and takes forever to make an order. Forget about trying to call and complain because they never answer the phone. Wish I could give zero stars. This place sucks.

Worst Subway Ever. You'll get no service and food poisoning. Don't order food here. They also steal from your credit card. I am opening a civil suit against them. They do not answer their phones. Unauthorized use of medicare funds is a felony. See you in court. Hopefully my law suit puts them out of business. Don't come here. You'll be robbed and poisoned. Any positive reviews you see are fake.

Yesterday I was in there. One of the customers started tell me what I should be doing. She many sandwiches to order I had one. Not one employee tells I had order before she got in there. It’s not other customers business to be tell other customers what to do
The older man that works at the register is always on his phone. He has no customer support, his attitude is bad towards customers. I hate coming to get lunch here whenever he is here. The only reason I put 2 stars is because the ladies working here are so nice!

When you inquire about other choices you're told how they're always running out of everything else and when you suggest they cook more of the other choices you get a look as if you've suggested the use nuclear fission to cook the bread. Showed up at 8:37, says they're open until 9. Open sign is illuminated. Doors locked. Employee makes eye contact with me and keeps on cleaning up.There's another subway about a mile away on 17th. Won't bother with this one any more.

Horrible quality. I ordered online and picked up. When I got home this is the sandwich I received. Bread was so crunchy and over cooked. Incorrect bread was used on part of my order, I ordered avocado on both subs and no avocado on either sandwich.Worse is that I called to complain and no answer. Will not be going back to this location.

I came here about two months ago before noon to get some sandwiches before we hit the beach. Let me say I have never been to a Subway without swiss cheese and subway vinaigrette, two must-haves for my sandwich. The produce also did not look fresh at all, lettuce was browning and tomatoes were colorless. They seem like they're hiring or should be because there was only one lady handling everything, and the line got long after we left. Her service was good though.
