Online hours show open till 11:00 Pm. We arrived at 10:03 and doors were locked. Sign on door shows different hours than what is posted online.
People here treat you like if you are asking for free food I love my sandwich with lots of jalapenos and she only put 6 slices I asked for more and she replied they have to follow the rules of the store. I was so pissed off since I am a paying costumer and she made me feel lik
e crap. I'm not coming to this store again. I never had any issues with other stores but this one ,not coming to again. It's not what I didn't get it's the way they made me feel.
Today June 30th not sure why this lady is trying to shut the store down so quick. At 9:45pm I ordered a sandwich and she said the toaster is turned off, so she was only making cold sandwiches. She told that to another guest after me.
Once I left the store at 9:55pm she closed and locked the door and another customer was trying to get a sandwich.
Me being a business owner i figured who ever owns this place would like to know this lady is costing you guys money.

I walked in to Subway. There was already two people standing in line waiting while Maria was making a to go order. She looked up and rudely said just to let you guys know. I have two other orders in front of you it was just the way she said it. I asked her oh, are you short an employee today because of the way she said it so rudely and she looked at me and said no that’s just the way it is. I told her that she has horrible customer service and should not be rude to the customers she kept on arguing. I then walked out. I do not expect this service from Subway. You can do better Maria.

Exceptionally bad customer service. Came in today, ordered a couple sandwiches. Lady has given me an attitude the entire time. She got annoyed when I asked for more veggies. Eyes rolling, passive aggressive tone and rude remarks.
Not sure if she’s having a bad day or just terrible at her job.

Store canceled my door dash order without any notice

My friends and I would often come here and use the monthly coupons in the mail but the last 2 times I've come here this month the coupons are suddenly being restricted and are unusable now. My order and my friends orders are unchained and yet now the coupons we've been using are unusable now and it feels pointless to come to this store anymore if I can't use them
the only lady that I saw working here, looks like she doesn't wanna work there , I waited for 10 minutes , and I could not order my sandwich, so a left , ,
maybe need more employees, at the same time another lady left cuz of the waiting too

came here one hour before closing the “open” sign is on yet the door is locked…
I did an online order offered a bogo. I picked up my sandwich which the one for my kid was on Italian bread (super soft and yummy) but mine was a rock hard stale dry jalepeno cheese bread. I got home immediately got a strong vinegar smell (didn’t order), no tomatoes on the side, and the bread was horrific. I decided to go to ask for a sandwich like my kids so I knew the bread was fresh since her sandwich was amazing. Sure enough FREDRICKO in front of another customer started arguing. He told me it was fresh which it absolutely wasn’t and he knows it. He had attitude and told me to wait for him to help the other man. Well, I waited while having a sick hungry kid waiting for me just to have him take two secs to call and hang up to say no answer from the supervisor. He gave me my receipt and told me to come back next day!!! I was floored. I don’t have issues at any food places let alone a subway: used to be a nice woman who worked there but this man isn’t alright upstairs . Worst experience ever. Only good part was that it was the of course free one of the BOGO so I didn’t spend 11 bucks on it because I’d be even more upset!

I frequently visit this Subway location during my lunch break and usually use coupons for a footlong sandwich. I always order the chicken teriyaki, and in the past, I’ve been able to use coupons for this sandwich without any issues. However, during my recent visit, the employee claimed the coupon didn’t apply to chicken teriyaki, even though I’ve used it for this exact order before.
I ended up walking out, and the employee had to throw the food away, which felt wasteful. It would have been better customer service to honor the coupon, especially for a regular customer. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, as it resulted in wasted food and lost revenue for the store.
