I usually go to my subway in mission viejo. This is first time I’ve been to this location as it’s close to my daughter in Costa Mesa. I ordered on line and service was great. Sandwich however was extremely disappointing as to the quantity of food. I guess I’ve been spoiled by my usual subway. I will not patronize this location again.

The only worker that was there available is super rude and dry. She looked like she did not even want to work there. Zero communication skills or customer service skills. This isnt even the first time this happens.

HORRIBLE!! She didn't understand us We were speaking perfectly good English we are fluent. I asked for pepperoni but she put meatballs why would she put meatballs and not tell me sorry there's no pepperoni she just put them without asking me. She kept insisting on getting this coupon instead of the coupon we wanted. Asked for crispy wasn't crispy or toasted at all , fly in food I hope this doesn't happen to anyone or happened.

It wasn't time to close yet and when I came in they told me Get out, we're already closed and they turn off the light, very bad service, the people who serve in a very bad mood, the truth is I would never return even hungry

Features: I disagree with all these silly safety measures. Masks are pointless, and dangerous, because they cause weak lungs.
We ordered 2 footlongs last night thru the app and the were made perfectly, exactly how we requested them. And they tasted exceptionally delicious!!! More so than normal. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up!!!
