Went here for my lunch on 6/30 around 12pm
Lady taking my order was the sweetest and quick making my sandwich
The lady helping me today was extremely kind and was working quickly on multiple orders all alone. Give that lady a raise!

I came in to order with a coupon and the employee is always giving a difficult time.. he added the coupon and immediately deleted it stating it wasn’t working. He is always doing this.. he is extremely rude and has a terrible attitude. A teen came in to purchase chips and cookies and he rudely raised his voice at the kid saying “ what do you want” I let him know the coupon is valid and he stated that he wasn’t going to allow for the coupons to be used. I asked for his name and his managers name and he stated he wasn’t providing it because the owner does not need our business. For a reason he does not wear a name tag. This is extremely unacceptable. This gentleman seems to be under the influence and you can tell by his eyes. He is a terrible representation of Subway. Please hire educated people who enjoy their work. This experience is terrible to have to have gone through during this Easter Sunday.
I go to Subway weekly, and know they are better elsewhere. This location was empty and it’s clear why. Bread did not taste fresh. Barely any tuna, even when I looked for it. Does that look like extra veggies to you? No greeting or thank you, almost bothered to come up front when I entered.

I went in craving subway I was really excited to hopefully have good energy but the girl who was there was really rude, bad energy, not nice and more.

I’m compelled to write this review simply bc the gentleman who was working there today (around 3pm) went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. I didn’t get his name but he was genuinely kind and I super appreciated it. As we walked out, my 6 year old daughter pointed out how “nice that man was”Thank you for spreading positivity in today’s world!

I ordered through subway app in the morning before going to work.i ordered at 8:15 and was told to pick up at 8:40.i drop my wife first then I head to my work but that morning when I reached subway to pick up at 8:40,the restaurant was locked.there was one more person waiting outside knocking on the door.i called the restaurant couple times, knocked couple times but nobody came.the lights and fans were on.the other customer and I waited there for like 10mins trying to reach them but no luck.the timing says clearly they open at 6am.my wife and I were both getting late for work.so i left from there.my wife didn't had breakfast that morning because we had very less time to reach her office. When I was heading towards my work I got a call from them that I didn't came to pick up my sandwich.i told the lady there that I came but nobody was there so she was like ok I'll cancel your order I mean c'mon this is not the way to run a business.i tried to contact subway customer support but i havent heard back and also havent got my refund on those sandwiches. Be careful before ordering!!!

While building the subway club sandwich, she asked me what vegetables I wanted on it. I told her everything but onions and jalapeños. Then she stated I could only ge. t the ingredients shown on the menu. Again I stated no onions. So immediately she started putting lettuce and onions on the sandwich. I responded with, " What part of no onions do you not understand, I am allergic!" With that I walked out. If this is the way Subway trains it's employees, I will no longer patronize an establishment that doesn't train it's employees about dietary restrictions.
Their customer service is unbelievably poor. They just shout at the customer and don’t even try to hide they’re bothered when I asked for something. They should fire the guy with curly hair and the girl who was working at 7pm Sep 4.
This Subway is very nice. The location is great and the service is great. I have never had an issue!
Would give 0 if I could.They skimp out on everything. They literally put 5 Olives. Asked for more and she gave me 2 more.
