On Monday the 21st i placed an order online and someone else had stolen it by the time that my bf went to go pick it up for me. We were understanding and just wanted our food to be replaced but no one cared enough to take care of the situation, plus there was only one employee and he had so many people in the lobby waiting, in the end we didn’t get our food or refunded, just a bad experience overall.

Came in yesterday at 643pm and the 2 guys were cleaning with pure bleach and also they were very very rude. We use to come here everyday and spend about 60 bucks after football practice but after yesterday NOBODY on the team will come here ever again. The guy with the waxed eyebrows was so rude and very aggressive he seemed to be on drugs. I know a lot of people looking for jobs that are teenagers that would have a line out the door everyday and give great customer service

I really love this subway! It's my go to for the turkey bacon and avocado sandwich with extra olives. Love the parmesan vinegrette sauce on it. Staff is fantastic always smiling and very welcoming. They remember their usual customers. They make great suggestions never just to upscale they actually want to give u exactly what u crave.. don't let me tell it. Come see for yourself. Bet u will make it u store too. Wish I knew the staffs names id shot out but I don't know then.
