Placed a simple 1 sandwich order on the app for pickup. When I showed up my order wasn’t ready so I asked the woman working about it, no worries. She then tells me she doesn’t have any orders and gaslights me into thinking I placed the order at a different location. I pull up the app and show her the address is the right location and that I was charged for a sandwich. She tells me she has no orders and then begins clicking around on the POS system and then suddenly in my app it shows my order is cancelled. She continues telling me she has no online orders and never once offers to refund me or make me the sandwich I originally ordered. Then she randomly says something about how she cancels all orders that come through the app despite previously denying canceling the order. I am very confused as to how something as simple as ordering 1 sandwich through the app turned into this exchange. I left and had to inconvenience myself further by going to a different restaurant for what was supposed to be a quick to go lunch.

Very bad service and unacceptable. We are here trying to buy food and nobody help us. And old lady was just walking around and don’t tell us nothing at all
Recently went to this location since I live nearby and the staff usually give great service and I know one of the ladies that is always great. But from my recent visit the guy making my sandwich was on his phone while taking my order, and he was talking to possibly a friend or someone he knew. He also had the station covered so I couldn’t even see my options and he kept saying “huh” because he was trying to talk on the phone. It was an older guy and wears chains, and Im assuming since he’s the only one there he can get away with it. But honestly ruined my experience.

Very rude guy I went today at 10 pm and he made me scan my coupon 2 times and only to say I couldn’t use it 2 times ? When the first time I scanned the QR code it went through then he voided it and said scan again the 2nd time it said can’t use this coupon again . He got all nervous after I asked him why wasn’t it going through if the first time I scanned it, it went through why would he ask me to scan it again. he was very rude since the minute I walked in .. I asked him a couple questions and just ignored me.. Will definitely not be going back.
Please follow through on your commitment to go cage-free!!

Subway corporation, please report specific details on how you are meeting your goal of going cage free in your egg supply. When you report vague information we can only guess that you are stalling on your promise to go cage free, which is the least you can do towards freeing layer hens from this cruel abuse.
I hear there was a protest at your store (and other locations!) recently - your customers and the public are requesting updates on Subway’s progress in following through on the promise made a decade ago to start sourcing 100% cage-free eggs in North America. 🌱🐥

Subway made a commitment _years ago_ that they would go change their hen policy to be cage free by 2025. They gave us a timeline, but Subway has failed to report their progress.
I don’t want empty words, I want to see visible action. If your website says you’re on track, please provide the evidence!
I will not support businesses that support animal abuse.
Subway had 10 years to figure out how to source cage-free eggs across all of it's US locations. What is taking so long? So many other places, even McDonald's btw, have already done it. Why is Subway so keen to keep the hens they profit off of in cages?

Caged eggs are icky. Bad for the animals, environment, and your health. Don’t eat at subway till they go cage free!
Horrific behind-the-scenes animal abuse! Did you know that Subways eggs come from tortured mother hens who are cruelly encaged in painful battery cages, crammed in with so many other hens and unable to even turn around or spread their wings? Subway has acknowledged this abuse by pledging to free these chickens by 2025, but has broken its promise. Better to spend your money at McDonald's or Taco Bell--they have 100% cage-free policies.
