Great little candy shop with specialty gummy candies. A bit over priced. The service is awful. I was going to buy 75.00 worth of candy, for my Birthday, but the lady at the counter was snooty and full of attitude. So, I buy the candy online to avoid the rudeness.

This review is not specifically for this store but for Sugarfina in general. I purchased the Hanukah boxes online. They were very misrepresented. A lot of beautiful packaging. Very little candy. Am adding a photo of the advertisement for these boxes and what was actually in it. I gave these as gifts and am embarrassed. I relied on the photos. Never buying from Sugarfina again.

First off, who knew going into a candy store would be so overwhelming lol. It was my first time here and I had no idea where to start. Everything is just too cute. The packaging, the colors and even the candy are so cute and make for the perfect gifts. And it doesn't just look good, it all tastes good too. HUGE fan of their candy trunk. I plan on reusing it and putting other things inside it when I'm done eating everything lol

I wanted to THANK the young lady single handily managing/selling the boutique this Saturday! It's refreshing to see how she was able to be professional yet friendly during a crazy time period! She did an incredible job assisting me and others with last minute Easter gifts!!! Made it easy to put together a couple of "sweet" gifts for my wife and mother in law! I'll be back for sure... And yes the new Passion Fruit gummies were a hit with my wife! :-)

People here are friendly and helpful. So why the low rating? After just making a purchase and finding out that the larger box is a much better value (while still in the store), the sales associate would not allow me to return the product that I just bought in order to buy the larger product. "All sales are final" is what she said. I could understand if I had already walked out of the store. In the Covid era, I could understand them wanting to be more cautious, but to this extreme, the policy is ridiculous.

How can you go wrong with beautiful candy? They put so much thought into every variety but my favorites are the little ice cream cones (each color is actually a different flavor), the champagne gummy bears and the little stars. They have different themes for different occasions and you can make bento boxes with sets of them as gifts. If you sign up for their promotional email they will give a free candy on your birthday and you can also accrue points for candy if you are a regular.
