The pizza is indeed delicious and they have very innovative flavors, such as potato pizza, pear and Gorgonzola, etc. I wish the place was better kept, it has very limited tables, they don’t offer fountain drinks, just drinks by the can and the variety is limited. If you live far from this place and takeout is not an option, you may end up eating the pizza standing up.

"I've been crusted" I've had sum good pizza in my daze, the crust here would be good under a "turd". The pizza diversity is awesome, keep doing what you're doing. Hale-to-the-crust!

This Roman style pizza place was excellent as a grab and go. See video and pictures. You pick out the slices you want and then they finish baking them. The slices we got were both vegetarian. We got the pear & Gorgonzola slice and the margherita slice. Our favorite was the pear & Gorgonzola. Ingredients and freshness are paramount here. Will we return? YES

Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian choices and/or they can customize.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is right up front.

Very convenient location right off of the freeway with lots of parking. Japanese grocery store right next door too which is always a good place to snag drinks after waiting. Staff was very informative of the kind of pizza they make and that it’s all made in house. There are plenty of selections to choose from, all parbaked so you can look them over in detail before ordering. The price point for the speciality flavors like chorizo, Japanese, etc are all fair. It seemed a bit high for the basic ones like pepperoni and cheese. I really enjoyed the chorizo and Japanese. The classic cheese with basil was okay as well as the pepperoni. The dough was more proofed than I prefer which leaves the pizza with a very crispy almost burnt outside and an extremely airy middle. Tomato sauce didn’t have a super distinct flavor profile as well as the dough. I think when you have all the combining flavors from the more complicated slices it works well but I really wished it had more going on for the cheese and pepperoni. The owner is a really cool guy that will check in with patrons to see if they got their food and if they enjoyed it. I think with some refining of the dough and sauce this could be a regular place to visit even if it’s a 35 min drive for me. Additionally, I heated up my leftovers the next day and found that the dough had a really nice chewy texture. Be warned that the chorizo definitely has a lot of kick but the freshness of the cilantro sauce really ties the whole flavor profile together.

Vegetarian options: Lots to choose from and they are happy to customize to dietary restrictions.

Easily my new favorite pizza joint in OC. The crust/dough is out of this world. Light and airy, crispy exterior, chewy but not overly with nice salinity. A nice balance of toppings, and the EVOO they top some of the pizzas with is heavenly; fruity, bright, not overly acidic. The potato pizza is the hands down winner to me and reminds me of my recent trip to Italy. Will be back!

Dietary restrictions: They use pistachios and walnuts, but not peanuts.

This review is way overdue. This place opened almost 8 months ago. Took me a good three months to finally try it for the first time. On my first visit, I was just in the area and got two slices to, "snack" on. The bittersweet and the pera. The bittersweet was good but the pera was so refreshing. Upon walking in, I was greeted and asked if I had been there before. They ran through the menu and then explained the pizzas are half baked and when you order them, it takes a while bc they need to bake the pizza to fully ready to eat. I LOVE that. I love food really hot and fresh. Drinks really cold. 8/10 times I will dine-in to get the fullness and freshness of food. Taking it home always changes the quality and how it should taste. When I was there Chef Sandro was there and we were chatting about pizza all around town. He mentioned that he has his restaurant called Bello in Newport. I googled it and turns out, it's been on my list too. Now, I'm even MORE excited to try more items. The dough is light and airy yet still so crispy. It's not heavy like other pizzas. It's really something I can eat when I'm not even hungry. That whole snack mentally is no longer an excuse but a reality. When in he area I can grab a slice and enjoy the quality ingredients on a slice of intricate flavors.

Every since my first time, I can say I've been maybe a dozen times as well as brought some to others to share. Everyone I have introduced it to, love it. You can taste the quality ingredients. There are days it's a bit slower due to how busy it is. Remember, it's being cooked as it's ordered so if there's orders before you it will take some time. I would say 80% of the pizzas need to be baked and then topped with other fresh ingredients when it's taken out of the oven. It's not a bake, box and done. The wait is worth it every time. There's nothing in the area that compares. The pomo italian sandwich is soo soo good. Don't forget there are made to order items that's aren't just sitting out. Don't miss out on those. The italian sodas are also imported from Italy. I'm so happy this is around and I will order, shop at mitsuwa, walk back and eat. Perfect day. Thank you Chef and team for keeping my stomach happy.

Parking: Shares a small lot but the other businesses aren't crazy busy when I come so parking is not bad. When there's construction or something going on it gets a little challenging. Stiiizy just opened so it will probably get busier

Ever since trying "piazza" in San Francisco 7 years ago we've been waiting for a good pizza place with this style of pizza. Luckily this pizza is better than just good. Oh man. I suggest simpler slices with single toppings like calebrese or pepperoni. Seating is very limited.

I felt this pizza was quite average all around. Nothing stood out as above average to me. I was quite underwhelmed to be honest.

Wow, pretty disappointed. I don’t think they even make the pizza there. Very expensive for what you get. No eating inside. A couple tables outside on the sidewalk. No bathroom. No Sosa fountain. No Ice. No bags to carry things out. They really need to reevaluate their way of doing business. They won’t be there in a year I predict. $20, for 2 slices and a can of soda. 1 slice is inedible. Off to find food somewhere else. Their pita bread style crust is not bad.
So I hate to pile on, but after throwing away this pizza, it dawned on me that they never gave me a receipt. So I called. They put me in hold. (Ignore). They never came back. After 15 minutes of hold I hung up and tried again. Straight to voicemail. Not even a business name. I guess they are closed now. What a class act. ?
