Hands down the best fish taco I’ve ever had in a long long time. Talk about flavorful packed explosion of flavors. Easily hands down a contender for one of the top bites to eat in 2024. The sushi looks incredible and will be back for that in another visit. I love how it’s light and not greasy and they have a record 30 different sauces that are made for each menu item! That’s crazy and the cilantro jalapeño cream sauce wow.
We order 3 fish tacos with a small bowl of miso soup and they were super good, delicious, the tacos have a nice touch of spicy and acidity. It was May 5, a lot of people, very crowded and difficult to get a table.
Absolutely delicious Sinaloa style sushi inside Mercado Northgate. It’s a little hidden in the corner so good. Jacob provided great service and explained Sinaloa style sushi and even some upcoming dish ideas. This is my first time having Sinaloa style sushi and I absolutely loved it so so definitely give it a try!
