Sushi Town in Costa Mesa was such a nice surprise! It’s right by the I-55 freeway, kind of easy to miss, but totally worth finding. From the moment we walked in, the staff were super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We started with the yellowtail collar appetizer, which was amazing — perfectly grilled, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Then we tried a few nigiri pieces like fatty tuna, negi toro, and fatty yellowtail, and wow — everything was so fresh and just melted in our mouths. The Edo Mae combo was also fantastic, a great mix of traditional and flavorful pieces that showed off the chef’s skills. We finished it all off with some nice warm sake, which was the perfect way to end the meal. Honestly, Sushi Town feels like a hidden gem right off the freeway. Great sushi, amazing service, and a cozy vibe — can’t wait to come back!

I love sushi, and out of the amount of sushi places I’ve gone too, this one has blown my mind. They have a wide range of rolls, I came with my bf and got the crispy rice and spice tuna, and then was later recommended hot night by Sean, one of the cooks, he was phenomanal, the art in the roll pares the food as well as the look at an out standing 10 stars if I could. 🔥👏👏👏

The food was really good. We got Euclid roll volcano roll and a few others. They had a tasteful amount of sauce and everything was done in such a pleasant way. The server became more and more friendly as our meal progressed and also contributed to the overall great experience. We picked this sushi place on a whim but so glad we did. Will love to come back if we are in the area
