My husband and I were tired and hungry and wanted a casual place in the mall to get a light meal. It is in a mall, not a separate restaurant, half walls only, so ambience is not wonderful, but once we were seated we kind of forgot we were in a mall! It took a while for a server to come to our table but once she did, she was pleasant and attentive. The food was great and the coffee (regular coffee, not a fancy coffee drink) was GREAT! We’ll definitely go back!

We got the Waldorf and grill chicken sandwich and both of the sandwiches had a sour aftertaste which was not my cup of tea .

Got really grossed out when went by kitchen and person wasn’t wearing gloves to prepare food:/
The food was outstanding, which comes as no surprise since they also created the restaurant Toast. The Asian-American fusion here is just as skillfully executed as Toast's memorable Korean Fried Chicken Sandwich. Things to try here: the Pho-tato Chips and the Chicken and Waffles are particularly both unique and delectable.
Parking: Plenty of space via the free parking garage
Wheelchair accessibility: All the tables were compatible with a wheelchair.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The croissants are incredible, especially the brownie one. But I went several times shortly after they opened to find a barren pastry display (one of my pet peeves is when a bakery is missing a bunch of products when they open). I actually stopped going because of that. I ate dinner here once as well, but the food was forgettable and mediocre. The restaurant was virtually empty, so in hindsight, I should have known.

Meh... Definite disconnect between staff and customer interaction. Food unseasoned and bland. Soda served in a can.
Hard pass... Better to just go to Nordstrom Cafe next door.

The food here is pretty good. I had the acacia bowl, biscuit and gravy, and chicken and waffles. I was surprised everything was tasty and the price was just right.

Was visiting the area from Chicago and came for a private event for Good Service Podcast. Great vibes. Great food. Great service! I highly recommend especially if you’re looking for food while wanting to shop.
