IM SUPER DISCUSTED! Please be careful of what you order and inspect what you eat. I found a mustard colored rubber band in my nacho cheese sauce cup and had to throw my meal away after becoming nauseous from finding that foreign object in my food. The store said it was a seal that makes the pump work on the nacho cheese sauce dispenser. I called the corperate office and was told that the district manager would call me winthin a week about the inconvenience but is seems that they already forgot about me and I never heard from them.

The potatoes are gross. Always atiff as a rock.
I don’t normally write reviews, but what happened at this Taco Bell deserves to be called out. We were picking up an order for my friend’s disabled uncle — literally doing a good deed — and were met with one of the most rude, toxic, and audacious employees I’ve ever encountered in customer service (photo attached – beware).
From the second we approached the counter, his attitude was dripping with hostility. He rolled his eyes like we were interrupting his day just by existing. When my friend asked a simple question about the order, he responded with sarcasm, heavy sighs, and this smug tone that screamed “I don’t want to help you.” He was snappy, condescending, and visibly annoyed — for no reason. It wasn’t just unprofessional, it was disgusting.
There was no empathy, no basic courtesy, nothing. Just pure entitlement and bad energy. The way he treated us — while we were trying to do something kind for someone with a disability — was beyond offensive. This wasn’t someone having a bad day. This was someone who should not be working with the public.
To the Taco Bell management: If this is the type of behavior you’re allowing in your store, expect to keep losing customers. No one deserves to be talked down to, especially not while helping someone else.
This experience was so unnecessarily upsetting. Shame on this employee for his behavior, and shame on the management if they don’t take this seriously.

We have ate four times Taco Bell in 2 weeks. This one was the best.
We got our food under 5min and taste was delicious.
If you are hungry, dont go near Mc Donalds. COME HERE!

One of the things I ordered was nacho fries and this is all the cheese I got. I went up and complained. The guy said we'll that's 2 pumps. I said last week I was here it was fine. He offered no help at all. This is BS, nobody cares about customer service!

Such an inefficient way to order food. After we paid, they said to park out front and wait 2 minutes and then come back through the drive-thru again because they get timed. So we waited because we get that they're trying to meet a company deadline, but like we weren't really tracking the time, and one of the employees came out to tell us that the food is ready. It would have been more courteous to just bring out our food to us if they were coming out to tell us that. We ended up waiting behind another car, which was ordering when the drive thru was previously empty when we initially got there. I would not recommend wording here.
Taco Bell - A Disappointing Experience
This location feels like a prime example of the "Taco Bell assembly line" model, where minimal care is put into the food or the customer service experience. The quality is consistently poor, with tacos that are sloppily put together and barely passable even by fast food standards.
I've often held out hope that locations in more affluent areas might operate better--maybe franchisees who pay and train staff more effectively could deliver a slightly improved experience. Sometimes that's true, but unfortunately, not here.
I'll admit, I don't frequent Taco Bell often. My recent mistake of trying it through DoorDash, combined with a couple of disappointing pickups, confirmed my hesitation. Even a basic soft or hard shell taco was underwhelming--truly a letdown.
If you're curious, I suggest you come and see for yourself, but don't expect much.

Awful customer service. Forgot drink, we reminded them and then they gave us wrong drink and then when we asked for the right one they said we would have to pay for it. Food was also cold and made bad quality. Barely any meat in the food and also forgot sauces. Will not be returning
