The menu items at this location are always anywhere from $0.30- $1.00+ more expensive than the Jamboree location, although they do not charge for adding onions, which is about the only redeeming factor of ordering here.4/5 times my order is completely wrong, quite obviously someone else's order that isn't even close to what I ordered on the app - so ALWAYS check every item in your order if you use the mobile app, before you leave.If order inside, you have to use the kiosk as no one will come to the counter. If you are trying to fix the order they just got wrong, you have to harass the cooks or the drive through guy until they finally respond.Honestly such a hassle & bad service experience that it's worth it for me to drive further to the location on Jamboree road.
the food is fine and it's taco bell but anyone driving a full size truck or suv do not drive thru! damaged front right rim there is not enough clearance, it used to be a burger place too small. owner is absent and ignored my complaints; i had torn rubber and a badly scratched rim. to the owner, fuck you

The kiosk is not that great as, even with the kiosk, the tables were dirty, the trash was full, and service was slow. Maybe the drive thru part is better. I was extremely underwhelmed.

We used the kiosk because no one seemed to be at the front. There was only one other family in there, but our food took a really long time. When we got our food, we had a missing item, and when we finally got someone's attention, she acted like she knew it was missing & gave it to us. She threw in some gross strawberry twists to be nice. We were so annoyed, we left without complaining about cheese sauce being spilled all over the food in the bag. The sauces we asked for weren't the type we got & there weren't any forks or anything in there for 2 items that require them. The food was also just terrible. It all seemed old. Overall very disappointing experience.

The cashier was so rude. She did not give a receipt nor give our complete order. When we came back and said we didn’t get a receipt and was missing an order that we paid for, she harassed us and lied and refuse to give me a receipt. Horrible business! This place should be closed down and that cashier needs to be fired.
