This is a good place to bring someone who is new to the area. I feel that if you live near this restaurant, as I do, that there are other places that are better for tacos, honestly. That being said, their presentation and food is very good,

A restaurant that still gets me excited after 20+ years needs a fresh review. The blackened chicken burrito with a side of chips and quac is hands down my favorite. Add those spicy carrots from the salsa bar and you too will be writing your second review! Insider tip..check out the menu board for nightly specials with good prices. If you spot the tomato soup get it ! You can thank me later...

Twice now a friend and I needed a good nourishing meal after 9 pm when most of our favorite dining spots were either closed or closing. Taco Mesa has been the best choice for us. Taco Mesa has a King Tostada on the menu. It features GMO-Free corn chips, beans, chile sauce, melted cheeses, topped with hearts of romaine, pico de gallo, lime vinaigrette, avocado, carrot, sour cream and shaved jicama. If you want the vinaigrette on the side, just ask. This is a great vegetarian selection....
