Got the “unknown”, even though they forgot to add boba to my drink, I still like it. A little too sweet though.
My drink was very delicious! The new banana matcha is a must! Jason N was very nice and I am happy with the service.
I went there today and I had someone named Lindsay. She was not helpful, and we asked for a ranch with our chicken and she said no very Rudly! If you go here do not order from Lindsay! She also didn’t give us napkins, or straws with our drinks. We also got our food a hour later. Please fire this woman.
Please retrain or fire this manager of yours. Who turns off food ordering abilities for an hour while they're on lunch? We agreed to wait and it still wasn't working so we offered to pay for something else comparable price not for free so we can get the item - still said no. What kind of customer service is this? I didn't have my wallet so had to order on my app since it has the card saved. We only come for our kids and they were so disappointed and he could give two -///. Absolutely terrible and will not come back.
Consistent with their other locations! 🧋
Tastea is one of our favorite boba franchises because their drinks are super fresh and flavorful. Their menu is the same as all their other places and we've never had any problems with our drinks. I highly recommend any of their Specialteas since they come with fresh fruit!
* Passion Attraction: 9/10 - fresh and comes with coconut jelly
* Bootea Shaker: 10/10 - refreshing and the black jelly is a nice addition
* Matcha Milk Tea: 8/10 - decent matcha flavor
* Honey Boba (Topping): 10/10 - soft and chewy
* Crystal Boba (Topping): 9/10 - good but portion was small
The interior is spacious and they offer a couple of tables and benches to sit at. The shop itself is located in a plaza with Stater Bros so parking should be pretty easy considering there are always people going in and out. The workers were nice but took a while to make our drinks even though we were the only ones in the shop. Nevertheless, it's still one of our favorite boba shops in the area and we can't wait to come back!
Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area and want some fresh boba drinks! 💗
Staff was rude and threw the bag of food towards me with an attitude.
Trying the Chillin' Mocha for the first time was such a pleasant surprise. I genuinely enjoyed it and definitely want to have it again soon. 🤗
Uhhh YUMMYYYY!!! I got the lychee freeze, (my go to) and it did not disappoint. It came with lychee jelly and I added boba. 🧋 It was everything I wanted and more lol. There was no shortage of jelly and boba too. You do have to order yourself on the kiosk.
Popcorn chicken tasted good but feel like a significant amount of the "chicken" was just small fried breading bits rather than meat. Would love this place because it tastes good, if it actually gave you a reasonable amount of meat, not just a ton of breading and barely any meat. Feel like this has been a common issue at numerous locations which makes me think it's just the company being cheap.

Won't fill up your coffee all the way if you get half ice. Ripoff.

Good tea. Good vibe. Some cup was a bit too sweet despite ordering lowest suger. Snacks are quite good. They’re a bit too flavorful. Friendly servers.
Quality drinks. Pretty expensive for such a small amount of liquid (& lots of ice).?/?=?? • =?
