Won't fill up your coffee all the way if you get half ice. Ripoff.

My overall experience was unpleasant. My wife usually gets a PMS with the green tea substitution. Not sure what happened today, but there was no strong tea flavor. Just like syrup and water. Been to this Tastea location a few times and it's a hit or miss. A lot less consistent than other locations. You'll have better luck at other locations like FV or Irvine.

This is the best boba shop around. It's super cute (they have seating inside). They also have good service and great options. From smoothies to hot drinks to iced drink and all of the toppings you can add to your drink; the possibilities are endless. My favorite is the Peach Me Sweet Tea with honey & crystal boba. Enjoy!

Our Tastea order tonight was an overall letdown, marked by disorganization, a noticeable decline in quality, and a lack of attention to detail in customer service. The calamari lacked its usual lemon wedge & basil, the chicken was tiny bits and pieces rather than meaty chunks, and the drinks were leaking from the top. The extended wait, exceeding the estimated time by over 10 minutes, only fueled our frustration. After ringing the doorbell to pick up our order, we waited at the window despite the team members clearly seeing us. It's baffling how they continued with their tasks without acknowledging our presence. To make matters worse, despite carrying multiple drinks, not a single staff member offered a bag. This disregard for attention to detail and customer service is simply unacceptable. With alternatives like Ding Tea or 7Leaves readily available, we're seriously considering taking our business elsewhere. Tastea, it's disheartening to see a decline in both your products and service.

Came in today to order my drinks and no one greeted me, I locked eyes with this blonde guy working but they just looked at me and went on with their day.. I could be over dramatic but the other times I've been to this location, I've been greeted and everyone was so friendly towards me. This time was different.. onto the drinks themselves, I ordered a lychee peachee with crystal boba and there was crystal boba but hardly any lychee bits. And on my tiger milk tea, it's missing crème brûlée. I didnt ask for any substitutions just add ons. This has never happened to me before. Maybe the person who checks on drink quality had the day off.. I noticed a new team of people so maybe they're undergoing new management but if this continues I might have to find another boba spot :(

Outdated establishment , nasty drinks, rude service. If you love drinking straight sugar and syrup with no flavor, this is the place for you. I recommend ding tea over this place any day.

Good tea. Good vibe. Some cup was a bit too sweet despite ordering lowest suger. Snacks are quite good. They’re a bit too flavorful. Friendly servers.

Tastea, an OG boba spot, has been a place that I've been coming back to for quite some time. I've explored nearly every item on their menu, and my top picks include Passion Attraction Lite Sweet, Winter Melon Green Milk Tea Lite Sweet, and Avocado Avalanche Lite Sweet - winter melon being my current favorite. For food, Buttload'a Fries are a standout. I love passion fruit, winter melon, green tea or avocado in drinks. While on the sweeter side, opting for light sweet works, though a bit less sweetness would be perfect. Teas are lighter, not ideal for strong tea lovers, but Passion Attraction and Winter Melon Green Milk Tea deliver on flavor. Some drinks like The Great White, Taro Milk Tea, and Taro Fantasy missed the mark. The peach flavor in The Great White was overpowering, and taro drinks were chalky and artificial - a far cry from my preference for fresh taro in beverages. I experimented with stevia once for lower calorie and sugar intake, but it didn't sit well with me; perhaps it's a sensitivity issue or too much of it in my drink. In terms of food, Karate Chicken and Calamari fell short. The chicken lacked crispiness and the batter felt underseasoned, while the calamari, though decent, didn't stand out. Tastea isn't my go-to but good for satisfying boba cravings in the area. Located in a shopping plaza with ample free parking, easy to find. Service is okay, lacking in hospitality, but efficient. Friday at 5 PM was moderately busy, yet no significant wait. The interior is casual and modern, plenty of indoor seating. Pricing is reasonable for quantity and quality.

Sincerely my favorite boba place. I've never been disappointed with a tastea. Definitely give the lychee freeze a try.

Love that they have Stevia as a sweetener . It has no bad after taste it tastes so good I can barely tell specially because I'm always avoiding sugar being an actress and a Nutritionist . Service is super great all workers are friendly and have great positive energy . My favs are the horchata it has such a good tea flavor I can appreciate the quality of the tea leaves , mango and honeydew tea is also great with stevia if you like a more fruitier tea . Oh the black jelly is also low calorie so definitely add that :) Avocado is a topping option that you should get too . Great Ambiance.

This does NOT taste like all the other tasteas. I've been to the tastea locations on golden west, fountain valley, Buena park, and Long Beach and quality control is excellent at all of those locations. I always order the same thing: classic milk tea less sweet. I ordered my original today and it tasted like milky water that had a tea bag soaked in it for a minute. It was gross. I had to throw it out. Maybe I went on an off day or maybe it was made incorrectly? Either way, I'm definitely not returning.
