First time here since I'm staying at the Ayres hotel next door. Was craving Boba tea so I started walking and super glad I found this place. No Thai Iced Boba which I recommend they add to their menu. But it allowed me to pick something else. So I tried the Hazelnut and Vanilla milk tea. I found it so cool they have different levels of sweetness. I chose 75% sweetness. Boom they got the level of sweetness I wanted on point. You got try this NEW place. Free WiFi available too!
