Wanted to place a to go order and couldn't get any help. The waiter I finally flagged down said they are very busy could not take my order yet and furthermore it would be 40 minutes before I would get my food. She didn't even know what I wanted to order. So this isn't a rating on the food, but I felt dismissed by the person that I talked to. She did not seem to want to help me and wanted to just get rid of me. I did not feel that they were overwhelmingly busy.

Food is good but the service is messed up
Came on a busy day with a reservation. It was busy and a bit slow. But what made up for it was the waitress's great customer service. Even if it may have been stressful for her due to short staff, she was very kind and expressed everything we needed to know. On top of that, the food was excellent. I was so excited to see all the variety of food. Food was pleasant. We sat outside, so it was nice.

Stood at the front where it says to wait to be seated... nobody said anything to us as they walked by. Guy was up at the table wiping it down, turned to look, and kept on. Not a welcoming person to be seen. Put our names down on the kiosk, figured they were too busy, even if the whole front area only had one couple. Wait time said about 13 minutes. This was 9/7 at 6:18pm. As I write this post, on 9/8 at 11:20am, we have yet to get a text to let us know our table is ready... only the text we got was that we had been added to the waitlist.
We walked around for 30 minutes, came back by after we had eaten somewhere else as I wanted to let them know there must have been an issue or glitch somewhere. Again, nobody came to the front to greet us, tell us they were closed, nothing. Someone came out the back, saw us and kept walking... quite disappointing as we had seen a few things on the menu we really wanted to try.

I’ve been here a couple of times now and have enjoyed our meals each time. The menu changes up so you will find something you like with this freshness and great flavors.
Most recently I came for their set lunch and it was a nice treat in the middle of the day.
Worth a visit!

The attendants are making this place truly Great.
Welcoming atmosphere and lovely seating, freshly made tasty food, and quick yet reliable service. What else can you desire?
Especially appreciate the possibility to get all my food without the dressings.

Came here for brunch, no wait. Very nice outdoor patio. We each had a spritz. We got the salmon loco moco and the tropical french toast. Both were great and would happily get it again.
Overall a nice place. Good food. Somewhat limited drinks menu (just wine and beer). Service was a little slow but nothing bad. A nice place for brunch while at south coast.

This place is in the Crystal Court of South Coast Plaza by the Bridge of Garden.
I ordered the Chilean Sea bass over a bed of crispy rice salad with a side of garlic fried rice.
The crispy rice salad had a unique delicious taste alongside the obvious texture. The sea bass was perfectly seared and seasoned, it paired well with the garlic fried rice and my rośe.
Gotta free dessert for being a VIP member of South Coast Plaza, tried the sticky toffee pudding. It was a refreshing not-so-sweet end to our early dinner!
Thank you Chef Ross and to concierge Liza for the recommendation!!

6 of us came here to celebrate birthday on a Friday night. It's located on the 3rd floor just across the bridge from South Coast Plaza. We were seated immediately at the terrace area. We truly enjoyed the pork cheek Adobo, green salad, steamed mussel sinigang, the bone marrow pizza and lumpia. The epi baguette is so good especially to soak up the mussel broth. The pasta bolognese and the Margherita pizza are average good.

Went to South Coast Plaza the other day and I came across this small restaurant by the bridge between both plazas. It was a fancy, welcoming environment so I decided to get lunch there with a friend and it was amazing. We got the hot honey pizza, the loco moco, and a green salad. The service was top tier and I could eat their food every day. Definitely would recommend.
