Went in last week with an extremely complicated order, the server couldn't not have been more patient and helpful. The manager Lashawn came to our table and couldn't have been nicer while ensuring our order came out correct. Couldn't have been a better experience because of Lashawn. Will DEFINITELY be returning.

We ate here last night and used a BOGO coupon with the purchase of 2 drinks. I had the petite salmon and petite sirloin combo with a baked potato and vegetable medley. My friend had the full rack of ribs with the broccoli and fries. The food was okay. The salmon seemed a tad salty for my taste because I don't really like the butter that accompanied the salmon & steak. The steak was cooked properly- medium well as I wanted it. Good size meal and good deal. Service was good- they kept refilling our drinks and brought us what we needed.

I had buffalo wings with ranch and I was throwing up for two days I am guessing the chicken was bad or the ranch was old and sitting out not sure what happened. I reached out to TGIF and sent an email and never heard back from them at all and I found that really rude. I haven't been to the place since and was traumatized by the experience.

Wow! Terrible service and overpriced. I love how the servers literally ignore you when you ask them a question directly. Corporate or the franchise should step into this location and make them step up their game. It could be so great if they would just care. Food is mediocre at best. Put a door up to the kitchen. I do not want to look at the filthy place you are bringing my food out of. You get seated in the worst places where people run back and forth through the restaurant. Then when you ask to move or for anything you're treated with disrespect like it is not their job to serve you and how dare I ask. What is going on with Friday's? So sad. Is this the standard of service that everybody has just become accustomed to?

My boyfriend began going here after we moved into the area back in Aug 2019. So far not at all a bad experience! Staff is always friendly and attentive. Food is typical TGIF, and still tasty. :)
We were from out of town. We came in on Saturday 9/28 around 5pm. I think our waiter's name is Daniel? Buzzed head, arm tattoos, he was awesome! However, we were kind of irritated with other staff. We could hear girls arguing at the kitchen area and also right in front of us, one was saying she is so busy asking our waiter for help. I get it, however it took away his attentiveness to his tables. It took a very long time for a box and check. I think the girl servers need to slow down, relax, because you could feel the tension.

We came here on an impromptu dinner date while I was in town for a conference. Once you have been to one Friday's, you have seen them all. Our waiter, Chris, was very friendly, prompt, and attentive. He made sure our orders came out on time and correctly, and kept our water glasses overflowing. We ordered appetizers which included: buffalo wings, potato skins, and mozzarella sticks. We had a wonderful evening!
