Celebrated a friend's birthday! The food was delicious starting with calamari and drinks for 3. We each a big bowl of the lobster bisque with a splash of sherry was so good. The beet salad with tenderloins cooked medium was just perfect!

I would rate Capital Grille in my top 5 best steak restaurants because their steaks are flavorful, well seasoned and they have many options for salads. We got the Butternut Squash Bisque which was perfectly accented with a green apple topping. The Roasted Beet Salad was refreshing and delicate. The Caesar Salad was good as usual. I've dined at Capital grille for years. Never been disappointed. Yesterday's lunch was amazing. Sea bass with a miso butter sauce with asparagus risotto. It was out of this world good. Service was top notch and Capital Grille is still our families favorite place to dine and celebrate.
