Lame. No restrooms so we decided not to order anything and we went to Starbucks.

Love this location! I tend to order for pick up but the employees are great and give me anything I need without me having to ask! And if I do need anything, they’re always very nice!

Their customer service is horrible and their very rude, i was standing there to be attended to but they kept ignoring me until i said something. The girl at the register told me my order is being packed up, i seen one Of the guys that work there finish packing it up, but he left it behind the counter and didn’t tell me anything until I came up to him and told him that I’m waiting for my order I gave him the name, but He had me repeat myself again because he couldn’t hear and then finally he gave me my order. I’m not coming to this place anymore as they’re very disrespectful.

These people suck. I used to think Starbux sucks, but these people SUUUUuUUUUUCK. Slow, uninformed and they literally dont know what non-dairy creamer is...true story ? plus, they r slow aF!

My order was supposed to be ready at 8:06am and I walked out at 8:33am! For 3 items. Another woman that was there before me left without her order and a gentleman waiting for one reg coffee had to ask several times for his. Very unorganized or maybe they need more staff. I left very upset.

Just got a reminder why I don’t come to coffee bean.Espresso machine down, so can’t get any drink requiring espresso shots.As she rings me up for the drink I got, she asks is it for here or to go. I asked what’s the difference, to which she replied they charge more for here. Riight…No wonder nobody ever says let’s go to coffe bean!
