I absolutely love Coffee Bean in Costa Mesa! The place is always super clean, which makes for a fantastic environment to enjoy my coffee. The staff is amazing and provides outstanding customer service every time I visit. Plus, their sandwiches are incredible—definitely a must-try! I can’t get enough of this spot—I’m here every day! Highly recommend!

I usually don’t write anything bad. But I came to this location on July 30 2025.. at 1:40 pm.. I walked up to the counter order my drink I think the young man on the register was new. I order a drink and i redeemed a pastry..I think he charged me for the wrong drink!! I didn’t realized until the girl made my drink.. I tried to explain to her that it was the wrong one and she just said wait.. I stood there waiting she never acknowledge me or anything so rude.. I literally took the drink and waited for my cookie and left.. I visit coffee bean all the time and this was just not okay. I would never come to this location again.. usually coffee beans is very consistent but yeah this location I will never visit again…

Love this coffee shop. The caramel frappe with chocolate covered espresso beans blended in is sooo good. I get mine with oatmilk. Definitely good coffee ☕️ 😋

Never had any issues here. It's a decent coffee shop. It's small..For the most part I dig it. CBTL has been at that location for a while. Baristas do a good job.

Feel they leave out ingredients, drink most of the time it doesn't taste right. They raised the prices by a lot, they should be making the drink correctly.

Expensive

Lame. No restrooms so we decided not to order anything and we went to Starbucks.

Love this location! I tend to order for pick up but the employees are great and give me anything I need without me having to ask! And if I do need anything, they’re always very nice!

Their customer service is horrible and their very rude, i was standing there to be attended to but they kept ignoring me until i said something. The girl at the register told me my order is being packed up, i seen one Of the guys that work there finish packing it up, but he left it behind the counter and didn’t tell me anything until I came up to him and told him that I’m waiting for my order I gave him the name, but He had me repeat myself again because he couldn’t hear and then finally he gave me my order. I’m not coming to this place anymore as they’re very disrespectful.
