After I swiped my credit card, I noticed that the wrong amount was charged. The manager said they weren't equipped to reverse and correct the charges like 99.99999% of all other places do. Manager said she would take my name and number to have somebody at corporate call me and fix it. I'm still waiting for a call. I felt the manager was unfriendly towards me and ignoring me during the remainder of my visit.

This was such a sad experience. We used to love The Habit. Not sure if it's a problem with how they train their employees, but the gal taking our order seemed new or just not sure of herself and we worried she didn't have our order quite right. When we received our food the fries were cold and one burger was missing cheese. They corrected one burger and one fry in our order, because I didn't want to feel we were wasting food. Taking our family of 5 out to eat is going to be pricey, but to pay $75 for a cold meal is ridiculous. My parents had a seperate order and she had to have them correct her peppermint shake, because they didn't include any peppermint flavor. I understand that all restaurants have to pay more for rent and overhead, but you can still find places that take time to train their people well to ensure hot food and orders taken correctly. Everyone needs to take responsibility for this. Customer service has always been the most important for good reason. If it's good, people will come back. Sad to say I wont go back to The Habit.

Don't get me wrong, I Love the Habit. This restaurant got our order wrong. Ordered Crispy chicken sandwich, got some weird chicken sandwich on funky bread with who knows what in it (my dog liked it when i got home) Cashier had an attitude to myself and several others waiting. Wouldn't give ranch with our order and said it was a charge????? It wast extra.

I order to go, arrived less then 3 mins after text notification. I ate in parking lot. Sweet patatoe fries were close to cold and song is. Limp! Burger was ok but luke warm, if that. Now napkins not even to ask if I needed them. Girl was sweeping floor and when I have my name she slid bag across counter. It has been years since I was last here. Probably will not return.

Today, my wife and I went to a restaurant, and we were treated terribly. The attendant must hate her job because she was incredibly unfriendly and made us wait for about 10 minutes before taking our order. We ordered two Santa Barbara Char combos that cost $37. When I went to pick up the order, I asked for a ranch sauce, and she said I would have to pay extra for it. This is absurd and disrespectful to the customer. We spent $37 on two combos, and we still had to pay extra for sauce? Do you know when I'll return to The Habit? Never again in my life. This is why the place is always empty. I shouldn't have stopped there and should've gone straight to In-N-Out, where everyone is friendly and they don’t charge extra for sauce. Goodbye, Habit!

Such A Wonderful Experience! I had a little trouble with a Promo Code & Stephany the Manager was Beyond Helpful at the Adams Ave Location in Costa Mesa Ca. I Very Much Recommend This Place!
Parking: Really easy in-out & plenty of close spots for us Older Folks.

Bad service, upon entering they neither answered the greeting nor asked what we wanted, we had to use the machine to place our order, but surprise other people came in and quickly attended to it and greeted it. Sad the selective way of serving customers. The 5 star burgers, the bad service.
