Terrible experience did not get what I paid for or asked for really bad customer service terrible attitudes completely dissatisfied with what I got for the price I was expecting top quality better off going to stater bros !

Shirley was so patient and kind helping us decide on a wedding cake. She took the time to sit down with us and answer all our questions. We had samples that were absolutely delicious! The cinnamon roll we took to'go was the best we have ever had!! I would highly recommend ordering your next cake from Shugar Shack or stopping in for a scrumptious treat!

Everyone was BLOWN away by the breathtaking beauty and the deliciousness!! Seriously, everyone was gathered around taking photos and videos. The cake masterpiece by far had more paparazzi than the birthday boy! 🤣

Everyone was shocked that we had to slice it up , some guests tried tell us to not slice or serve it! 🤣

I hope it brings many more prospective customers your way. Thank you and your staff for all the effort they put into this. We can really tell that this was baked and created out of LOVE. Truly amazing!!

PS: you were so right, so many people love German chocolate cake. It must be just me. Remind me next time to get a bigger cake 🤣

I ordered a $35 cake . I didn't like the butter cream frosting at all. It was very plane. The cake looked great but didn't taste good. It was a whip type frosting that ruined it. They need to change the frosting. Over price.

5 Stars – A Truly Unexpected Gem

Honestly, I didn’t expect much walking in, but I was immediately impressed by the artwork and interior design. It had a really cool, creative vibe. I noticed they had vegan options, which caught my interest as I’m always looking for new spots for me and my partner to enjoy.

This place went way beyond my expectations. Not only do they offer some incredible sweet treats, but the service was genuinely outstanding. I tried the peach cobbler and what I think was called the “crack cookie” both were amazing. The cobbler was served warm, gooey, and packed with flavor, and the cookie had that perfect salty sweet balance.

While I was there, the owner was busy photographing a beautiful wedding cake she had made, and the front desk staff recommended a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk that paired perfectly with the desserts. After all that sugar, I was seriously craving milk, which they don’t officially offer, but someone brought me a cup anyway, just intuitively. That thoughtful gesture really stuck with me.

This spot is a rare find and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend it!

I come over every week for lunches, coffees, and desserts. It's hard not to buy everything. They recently started selling sandwiches that are so delicious. The staff and owner are extremely kind and make great recommendations. I love coming here during my breaks!

I'm absolutely obsessed with the Shugar Shack! I've gotten two heart cakes in the past from Shirley & her team (who are all super awesome & super kind) and I know I'll keep coming back each birthday. Also, as a matcha lover - this is the place to go if you want a matcha cake (which super hard to find in HB).If you’re looking for delicious cakes and treats, definitely check this place out! You won’t regret it! :)

I live next to and work in the same shopping center as Shugar Shack. I am absolutely addicted and need my Shugar Shack Vietnamese iced coffee and breakfast sandwich several times a week!!! Shirley is incredibly sweet and makes the most beautiful and yummy cakes!
