bartenders more interested in showing of cleavage. Bartender took forever for two drinks, then helped three other people. Told me I had to leave a tab open, but she asked the guy next to me if he wanted his tab open or closed. Then I find out the other bartender had to close out of the only register.The entire process took way to long and I paid cash to avoid leaving my card.

Shannon, the owner, was manning the bar and her welcoming presence added to the overall good vibes. The place is well-laid out with large wall booths and high tables, perfect for groups or solo visitors like me. A key feature for any sports enthusiast is the multiple TVs showcasing various sports, ensuring you don't miss out on any action. Moreover, the music set the tone - all thanks to an on-demand jukebox that lets patrons be the DJ. An unexpected highlight of my visit was crossing paths with a group celebrating a birthday. Their infectious joy and camaraderie were contagious, and they kindly brought me into their fold, turning a solo drink into a mini-celebration. I ventured in during the mid-afternoon, so the nighttime vibe remains a mystery. However, based on this experience, I'm eager to return with friends and uncover what Three-13 Bar has to offer as the night unfolds. Dolly is a mixologist! Her speciality drink knowledge is excellent. The Neanderthals among you would say she has amazing ti**ies, I personally never noticed, as I'm a gentelmen. Regardless, she has a warm and welcoming personality, and makes fantastic drinks. Come thru and enjoy a good evening.

Kaila is such a sweet heart mixing up awesome drinks. She is funny and makes people laugh which definitely brought me back for some beer and good compamy.

I live in Arizona but have a satellite office out in Orange county, I came to 313 earlier this year just to see how it is and I loved every bit of it. I love it so much that on my last visit a couple weeks ago I brought eight of my clients there to have a little holiday gathering and they loved it as well. The owner Shannon is super awesome and her bartender's there are amazing and nice people. I would recommend this place for even just the stop by to have a cocktail or two, happy hour, or just to come by and meet up with some friends. You must go to this place if you're in the Costa Mesa area. They will always have my support and I will always bring my clients whenever I am in town. My Favorite place in the Coastal OC area.
