My wife and I went to try their pizza. Perfect place if you like overly soggy pizza. This place make the common mistake of cutting into the pizza too soon after taking it out of the oven resulting in a disgustingly soggy pizza. The topping were fresh that's why I gave two stars at least. Too soggy and they probably don't give a damn to make better quality pizza

Very good Italian restaurant. Burrata salad was excellent and pizza was terrific.
Service was first class, Gabriela was very friendly and had very good suggestions.

Valet was not good at all. Parking your car 20ft from the entry for $8.00? That is terrible. Let people park themselves instead of taking their money to park right in the entrance? Embarrassing in my opinion.

5 star restaurant. 4 stars because of valet.

Yes, please put me off essentially because I pulled into the parking lot and was told that the parking lot was valet only. It’s eight dollars to park there with valet. However, there were nine open parking spots in the lot and the restaurant had about 40 minutes to closing time. I would have not eaten there at all except that my two sons had already went in and sat down and ordered, and we’re waiting for my wife and I. I come to find out later that it is common practice in this area to have valet parking only. So, but that said, it must just be the way I felt about it. Being from Northern California, there are no restaurants like this who force you to walk blocks away when they’re open parking spots in there a lot to eat at their restaurant. But if it is common. And it is not just this place and don’t count against them. This is just so you know.
The food was good and came out on time. The leading staff was very attentive. The desserts were actually top-notch. The pricing on the food is a little high for what we got portion wise. But, this was not a stumbling walk. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and would go back.

We went to Trenta for dinner. We had high expectations based on the reviews, maybe that set the bar too high!! We made sure to get an appointment on a Sunday evening. It wasn’t hard, there was a lot of availability so that was good. We got there a good 30 minutes ahead of time. There is valet parking, no public parking around. The valet service was great. When we got to the front, we were greeted and seated immediately. There was plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors and we chose to sit indoors.

Picked drinks and appetizers (Rustic Bread and Arancini Verde), they came out quickly. The Rustic Bread was alright, came out with a green house sauce. Overall, average. The Arancini Verde was interesting, above average. The drinks were good, nothing special. For the mains, we got the Napoli Pizza and the Gnocchi al Pesto). Unfortunately they ran out of the Gnocchi so they substituted with another pasta. The pasta was a little underdone (less than Al Dente) so that wasn’t great but it’s better than being over done I guess. The pizza was average at best. The crust wasn’t very good and the slices were very floppy at the center. The sauce was good. The desserts (Tiramisu and a chocolate cake I think) were average at best.

Overall, I think it was a very average experience. If I had out of town visitors, this wouldn’t be a pizza place I bring them to. But I think the ambiance and the service was decent that I can’t rate it below average. Not highly recommended but something to go for a change.

I've been coming for years and I can honestly say the quality is just as good as the first time I went years ago. Every pizza is delightful. The cioppino is my personal favorite. Be sure to add linguine noodles to the dish. It puts it at a 10+ for me!
the ambience on the patio is delightful and very comfortable.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza dough available.

Parking: Valet $8.00 per car

Kid-friendliness: Lots of room on the patio for family's to enjoy

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs or steps. All ground level and flat

Reggio calabria pizza was on point!!!! You can tell that quality ingredients. The dough was also amazing. The meatballs had good flavor but were a tad bit dry. The Carr Cabernet my hubby had was delicious. We will be returning to try some of the last dishes and other pizzas. This is a gem and so far we recommend!

Parking: Small parking lot so a lot of parking spaces and will likely need to use valet which is $8

Trenta, where have you been all my life? This is the most authentic Italian food I've ever had in the United States. Comparable to food I've had in Italy.

We had the SPAGHETTI alla CARBONARA and REGGIO CALABRIA and they were incredible. In laws also had the LASAGNA ROSSA and TORINO pizza and said both dishes were incredible.

The restaurant is always busy, I recommend making reservations. The parking is valet so be prepared to pay $8 to park.

charming spot in Newport Beach that captures the essence of a cozy Italian eatery. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal with friends or family. We started with the calamari, which was undoubtedly the highlight of the meal. Fresh and perfectly cooked, it was crispy on the outside and tender inside. However, the pizza fell a bit short of expectations. While it had a nice crust, it was overly salty and lacked the distinct flavors that make a pizza memorable. It felt somewhat generic and didn’t leave a lasting impression.

After paying the bill, I was busy and forgot to leave a tip. So the restaurant did it automatically without my consent and charged my credit card! It's the first time I've encountered such a thing, I won't go there again

The food is great! Seating is limited inside the restaurant, but the outside seating is much better. Good place for a date night.
