What a treat! A mentor friend had bought this for me and my family - a cake that hits the Asian desert palate: it is not too sweet!!! The ube flavor is comforting and light, not overpowering. If you haven’t had a Japanese cheesecake before, this is a wonderful place to try on a local level! Not too long wait time in the early afternoon. The service was kind. You can sample whatever cheesecake they have out for the time of day. I got to try the strawberry cheesecake! There is no seating to eat inside - it is more of a place to get a dessert gift for family and friends of which my family has been an incredibly happy recipient! Thank you all, God bless you all

I finally tried Uncle Tetsu’s famous Japanese cheesecake, and it absolutely lives up to its reputation. The cake was incredibly light, fluffy, and had the perfect jiggle – almost like a soufflé! The subtle sweetness and creamy texture made it addictive without being heavy.
The classic original flavor was my favorite, but others were delightful too. The staff were friendly, and watching the cakes being freshly baked added to the experience. While there’s often a line, the wait was reasonable (about 15 minutes), and the warm cake straight from the oven made it worthwhile.
A few notes: ✔ Best served warm– Eat it fresh for maximum melt-in-your-mouth magic. ✔ Sharing size - One cake easily serves 2-3 people.

I visited the store on February 8th to purchase two cookies and cream cheesecakes as gifts for my friends. However, when I got home, I found that one of the boxes was labeled “sample,” and the cheesecake inside was already cut. Since I could no longer give it as a gift, I had to eat it myself. I’d like to request that the store be more careful when packing customer orders to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

These sweet treats are divine! Be aware that it is Japanese cheesecake so unlike American-style, it’s light with no crust.

Worst customer service, The lady who wear glasses at the cashier was rude and disrespectful. We always order online, but this time we came to the store. If she doesn’t have service mind, she shouldn’t be here. You will lose customers a lot because of her.
