However, when I got home, I found that one of the boxes was labeled “sample,” and the cheesecake inside was already cut. Since I could no longer give it as a gift, I had to eat it myself. I’d like to request that the store be more careful when packing customer orders to avoid similar mistakes in the future.

Worst customer service, The lady who wear glasses at the cashier was rude and disrespectful. We always order online, but this time we came to the store. If she doesn’t have service mind, she shouldn’t be here. You will lose customers a lot because of her.

I knew this place was good because I went to the first one they had at Arcadia mall and it was the best cheesecake i've ever tasted. I decided to get the flavored ones, Matcha and Ube and both were so yummy, a great dessert to bring to a party and it is already made as soon as you get to the store. I would definitely recommend getting these flavors and I want to get the Oreo one next time too. They even offer a stamp card. So light and fluffy, I can actually eat it all to myself.

I was excited to try the cheese tarts from Uncle Tetsu because I used to eat them when I lived in Japan. The classic cheese tart was great, but the matcha and seasonal strawberry were not. The matcha didn't have much matcha flavor, and the strawberry was artificial. Both were also under baked. I wanted to love this place, but I'm not sure if I would go back.
I’ve never dined in and always to go, the ube cheesecake hits! I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and everything’s beautifully made and packaged. Presentation 10/10!! Sweetness 6/10, it’s very subtle sweet (makes you eat more than you should), def a staple if craving a certain dessert.
