Neat place. The guy Silas walked us through a bunch of different oils, he was extremely knowledgeable and really opened our eyes, to the impact of combining various olive oils.

Myself and a friend came here for happy hour after work. The bar was completely empty. We were greeted by a man, who I believe is the same guy I read not so many great reviews about. He provided us with the wine menu. We ordered wine and he brought us our glasses right away, but never offered or asked if we wanted food. We saw other people order food, so we asked for a menu, but instead he just asked what we were wanting and named a few things. We ordered the charcuterie board, cheese, no meats. It was really good. We enjoyed the wine and charcuterie and liked that it was a quiet place to sit and enjoy. I wish we had been given an actual menu to order off of and our receipt didn't detail what we ordered. I don't like when I can't see an itemized list of what I ordered before I pay. Otherwise, the wine and food were good and we would return again, but I will ask for an itemized receipt next time to make sure we were given happy hour pricing on the wine.

Came for a Riesling and got 2 glasses. The wine was lightly sweet and refreshing. A little bug had flown into my glass and I asked for a napkin; she did ask me if she wanted me to strain it out but I was able to get it out as it was floating in my wine. It would have been nice if they offered to replace it, but no such suggestion made. We enjoyed the wine, but the experience was subpar. Will still be back, but the bug was unfortunate.

Came in for a cab as a hostess gift and the lovely gentleman guided me through a tasting and was very knowledgeable. Made my experience pleasant and even wrapped my gift in a beautiful manner

Beware! Unless you enjoy exorbitant prices and a terrible customer experience, I strongly recommend you go elsewhere for your wine. Please refer to other 1-star reviews for corroborating testimony, as it is not worth my time to rehash our recent experience with the dismissive, rude, and confrontational middle-aged man who served us. Suffice it to say I will never return.

My recent interaction with We Olive's customer service, 40 minutes ago, left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I had initially expected to engage with a knowledgeable and passionate representative after checking out their website, my encounter was far from satisfactory.During my call to inquire about their services and discuss my unique olive oil from the Holy Land, I was met with an attitude that fell short of professionalism. The person on the other end of the line displayed a lack of genuine interest in my questions and a dismissive demeanor.I was disheartened to learn that their bottling and labeling service was only available for their own products. This response struck me as counter intuitive for a business that purports to understand and appreciate olive oil enthusiasts' needs, including those who possess unique and significant olive oils from various origins. Moreover, when I attempted to share the significance of my olive oil, which originates from ancient trees outside the city walls of Bethlehem and Jerusalem, it became evident that the representative lacked the curiosity and appreciation one would expect from an establishment specializing in olive oil.To add to the frustration, the call ended abruptly when I was hung up on mid-sentence. This level of unprofessionalism left me perplexed and disappointed. While I do believe that constructive feedback can lead to improvements, I would caution potential customers to manage their expectations when interacting with We Olive. The experience I encountered was far from the passionate and knowledgeable olive oil enthusiasts one might expect when seeking assistance with unique and significant olive oil products. In conclusion, I hope that We Olive takes these concerns seriously and uses them as an opportunity for growth and improvement. The world of olive oil deserves the highest standards of expertise and customer service, and I trust that businesses in this field can strive to meet those expectations.

Love Danielle! and the variety of great wines. The olive oil is exceptional and it is a fun place. You can get a beautiful cheese board from the cheese store across the way. We have been twice and looking forward to an upcoming tasting event.

I came here with my mom and my baby in the stroller. All I wanted was one glass of rose. The owner screamed with me that they would not allow the stroller inside. I asked nicely why and they told me that I should go to somewhere else. The owner and the girl said I was rude and I should leave. OMGGGGGGG! I also have restaurants and all they should have done was to explained and I would understand it. They treat customers like shit . This guy can not deal with the public. He should shut his business down and be home by himself.

We all live has bad reviews. My husband went in there yesterday and was ignored by the owner. No, we will never go there.

We wanted to enjoy our day off by going to this wine bar. We asked a gentleman (older with brown hair) if there was availability. I can't believe how incredibly rude and uncaring he was. We asked if the wines on the board (which there was a chalkboard with wines and another with beer) were available today and he replied crassly "Those are beers." What an idiotic response to a customer when the chalkboard clearly shows wine. I proceeded to ask for a paper menu and he just stood there impatiently tapping his fingers while I was looking at the menu. We decided not to sit down due to this guy's intolerable disrespect. Perhaps he didn't like how we were young or didn't like that we look a specific way since he was talking fine with other people. It was a Saturday at lunch time and they were pretty much empty though. I honestly wouldn't be surprised at all if they closed down since that guy was absolutely horrendous. He deserves to be fired from his job and if he's the owner, then he deserves for his business to struggle. Such a shame since the location is actually really nice. Oh well, I'll stick to Hi-Time for their wine bar. The people there are actually stellar and their wine selection is great.

Went yesterday with a party of 7, the owner was extremely rude! We wanted to taste some olive oil since the one I went to in san juan closed down, and was so happy they had one in soco. But I didn't get to buy or taste because the owner was so rude to us. Even told my cousin she stole a little plate because she put some olive oil in it and brought it to the table for us to try... how was it stolen if we were right there? I also wanted to order a glass of wine and he told us we close in 30 min and he wasn't serving anymore. Never will I ever go back to this place! Horrible experience

Small bites of quality food. Love the baked brie with fig, bacon wrapped dates, all the flatbreads! Definitely a cool little spot with lots of wine and quality cheesy food!
