Update 02/07/2024 The business owner responded to my review, apologizing for the customer service that was not up to par. Trina, can you imagine yourself in this case and tell me how it felt to enter the establishment without being acknowledged, even when ordering? My order was initiated by myself, and your staff didn't even speak a word once my tea and shake were placed on the counter. Can you provide me with an explanation of how that was up to par? By disregarding the customers? At the other location, I am able to obtain the same products and from the same manufacturer and better customer service and all for the price of $13 without having to pay any extra fees to use my debit card. I really like this place, but $17 for a shake and tea combo ... not to mention asking your customers to tip on top of that... a simple meal replacement of $20 with tax. No bueno. I'll just order my own supplements online and make my own. Price is way too high for what you are getting. Other clubs are charging $9-10 for a combo. Really great people though, so i'll give 4 stars.

French vanilla is the best protein shake I've ever had. Large portion size too! I come here a few times a week.
I love love love this place.!! (Pros & Cons)+Their smoothies and teas are amazing. +They taste like a fast food smoothie only tilt doesnt give you a stomach ache or a bad feeling. +if you get the combo, it's a meal replacement.+It helps with your immunity, collagen, and the drinks can even have energy shots. +I have paid a lot of money ahead of time so I can drink here right away and i love it. I want them more often! -If you have an Android theres difficulty ordering ahead of time....every time I try the app doesnt work. Not amazon friendly.-They close too early (5pm weekdays) and on Saturdays they even close...and theres no hope for Sundays ..they are completely closed. -The worst thing is that when you calll... the owner answers...SOOO you cant order over the phone...I miss many days because I have to drive a ways just to get there and I cant order over the phone (nor online)...what a bummer bc I love this place when I am able to have it!!I wish they had more locations, but I will leave with a Pro (+), the customer service is amazing in person. They are all so friendly and polite.

My cousin and I came in here just to check out what this place was all about. It was great walking in because the lady Alondra greeted us and asked us if we've ever tried this shop. My cousin and I said no and asked if she could explain it to us. She gladly gave us all the information about how the drinks work, the benefits and what they put in it and answered any of our questions we had. My cousin ordered his drinks first and by the time he finished paying the young man Braxton had his drinks ready to go and served with a smile. While ordering both Braxton and Alondra saw I was wearing my veteran hat (this was on Veterans Day) and they both said thank you for my service and gave me a discount on my order without me asking, but rather out of kindness and aim to provide amazing service. Absolutely outstanding service! The drinks are so dang good too! I ordered the Russian Twist tea and it's so zesty and naturally sweet, and I was suggested to grab the #9, which is the fried ice cream option for my shake, which also tastes amazing! Oh yeah, and just so you know, everything here is extremely healthy, the teas have vitamins and have options for extras and the shakes are made with protein and are naturally sweet, so it's not only all tasty but it's really good for your well being and health. Come to this place if you want tasty drinks that are tasty and good for you, you will not regret it!
