This had just become my new spot for a sandwich, but not after tonight's experience. I walk in with my family 15 minutes before closing. Place my order pay 42$ for 3 sandwiches and sit down to wait for my order. Guy brings it over, asks if we need condiments and I say yes thank you. Another young higschool student brings them out and says we are closing....to which I respond ok we will eat fast. He walks away and then 2 minutes later comes back and says we are closed....I look at him like ok! And he says you gotta go. I was like you're kicking us out with our food all out half eaten? To which he says yes I'm sorry we are closed. Well you should have never taken my order or atleast offer to make it to go. I was so annoyed. Such bad customer service.

This place could be 5 stars... I gave it 3 stars because they barely give you any meat. Literally a salad on bread. The sub tasted great but no meat. If they add more meat this place could be a regular spot for me but until then I'll pass.

I am ashamed to give them a 1 star, Google seriously need to have the 0 star option.Disgusting service, big sneeze over my sandwich. The person was obviously sick with a runny nose.I asked politely that i don’t want my sandwich anymore and want a refund and i will be on my way.They never apologized and told me to leave the store or they will call security with no receipt showing refund.I asked for a business card , they refused. The tall blonde lady claimed she is the district manager. If this is the behaviour of the district manager, it is no surprise you see tons of negative reviews and Which Wich is closing most of their branches.Stay away from this disgustingly run business, it looks rotten from the top down. Time for the OC food safety inspectors.

Didn't realize all sandwiches were served hot/toasted. Was excited for lunch, sandwich came out super hot, let it cool down for about 15 mins and was still hot. Threw it out without even taking a bite. $16 wasted and no lunch because this place serves BLT's hot. Apparently I missed where it says all sandwiches are made that way. Oh well.

Haven't had which which in forever and was excited I found one. The girl who helped me was super rude and standoffish. Didn't even say anything every time I said thank you and greeted her but would thank other customers. I ordered a Turkey sandwich but ended up with a sandwich full of lettuce.

We are fans of this sandwich shop & our location in Brea closed. On a trip to Hi Time wine store in Costa Mesa we were lucky to find this shop. Best of all, Wednesday has a "Wicked Wednesday" special, $6 for a regular size sandwich. It was crazy good! Fresh soft bread & so much flavor! Service was good, friendly & efficient employees behind the counter. Store was clean & bright. Love the artwork displayed on sandwich bags.

This one is for you, Crystal! You are thee sweetest customer service worker ever. I hope you read this, bc honestly we couldn't stop saying how lovely you are! The last time we got a Which Wich sandwich was an overall meh experience with poor customer service. This definitely made up for it. Thank you for the endless amount of sauces you gave us. My partner loves the house sauce (wich sauce). It tastes like the In n Out spread. We love these sandwiches. We are definitely into veggies, as you can see from the photos. The pesto from here is delicious and the veggies always taste incredibly fresh. This has to be one of my favorite Which Wich locations. Thank you again Crystal for being so wonderful.

My son and I come here often as our Wednesday tradition-- he loves the kids meal and I love the "Wicked Wednesday" $5 deal. So much better than subway and always a friendly staff.

Nothing to really recommend. The bread is better than sunway. But for the $20 ( but sandwich, chip and shake) price point...would require A LOT more to go back. The chips were good- but they are not labeled crinkle (just fyi) and the shake (oreo) was good but the straw was so narrow I couldn't drink it with the oreo chunks . I really expected to be wowed for a $20. Stick.with the subway 6.95

So bummed on this place now. Their menu has shrank SO much but the prices are still ridiculous. Ordered a Philly Cheese Steak sammie today and to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. There was NO taste aside from the cheese. The meat was hands down the most bland meat I have ever tasted on a sandwich. NO seasoning at all. None. No taste. BLAH. The gentleman working were awesome. Super friendly and fast. Just super bummed on the $10 taste free sandwich! For that price, I would expect SOME flavor!

Of all the sandwich chains in the land, Which Wich is my jam. The first time I tried ordering from Which Wich, my anxiety spiked because there are so many options, but these days, I found that ordering via DoorDash is less anxiety provoking. I used to be obsessed with the tuna salad sandwich on a white roll (around $15 bucks for an upgraded large). You get your choice of bread (white for me), whether or not it's served hot or cold (cold because tuna, duh), up to 2 types of cheese (pepperjack), and a thousand toppings. My sandwich was nothing short of an entire spicy salad in sandwich form. However, the tuna was no where to be found last time and not going to lie, I was so sad. Instead, I went with the Cali Club ($15.15 for a large). It comes with turkey, bacon, avocado, cheddar, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions + mayo. I opted for the Hotwich option. Twas not the tuna salad, but I wasn't mad. Having the sandwich delivered hot was the move because who knew a warm turkey sandwich could cover up a tuna size hole in my heart. I'm a big fan of Which Wich, and if you're looking for a fast sandwich option, check out this chain.
