Popped in with my wife for a drink before dinner and I wished we could have stayed longer. We grabbed a seat at the bar and both got the bartenders choice flight, which comes with (3) 2ounce glasses. Edwin picked some solid choices that we both loved. He was also saying they have trivia nights on Thursdays. All in all a solid place to go hang out with a date or even a group of people. Edwin you’ve done an amazing job with the place. Keep up the great work. Thanks for a great evening. Will Definitely be back.

I had a really disappointing experience at Wine Lab. I stepped outside for no more than two minutes and came back to find that my pizza had already been thrown out. No warning, no checking in, nothing. I was very clearly not finished with it and fully intended to continue eating.
I’ve been to many restaurants and bars, and I’ve never had staff, in this case, Liz, clear and trash food that fast. It felt careless and disrespectful, not to mention wasteful. When customers pay for food, it shouldn’t be tossed the second they stand up.
This incident completely changed my view of the place. Good wine doesn’t make up for lack of basic consideration. I hope management takes this seriously and trains their staff better,

The person who helped me was kind of dismissive and CLEARLY didn't listen to anything I said. I ordered a flight and said:
1) I don't like red wine
2) I like sweet and semi-sweet wines, like zin, riesling, and sparkling
Those were the only parameters. So why, out of a flight of 3, was one a dry rose and another a red wine?
I left those two almost untouched when I paid and left, thinking they might ask me if about it, but no dice. Great ambiance, but this was spectacularly bad service.

This place was surprisingly cool. They don't have a TON of options, which I found strange for a wine-forward place, but the options we got we enjoyed. Unfortunately, there was only one person working there who I guess is in charge of also making food (which I don't totally understand?) so service took forever. As a result, we were charged happy hour prices, which was nice.
We went here waiting for a table next door for pizza, so for that reason it's definitely worth checking out. They had a movie playing on one of the walls, which was cool. And the vibe itself is cool, the inside has a lot going on and a lot to look at. We sat outside, which wasn't the best as it's right next to a parking lot but certainly still a nice option for outdoor seating.
If you're coming to this shopping center to have dinner, I do think it's worth stopping in.

I love coming to the Wine Lab at The CAMP in Costa Mesa! They have an excellent selection of wines and beers, and their cheese and charcuterie boards are amazing. It’s the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy a laid-back afternoon. The atmosphere is welcoming and chill—definitely one of my favorite places to hang out.

I had a really disappointing experience at this wine lab. From the moment we sat down, the service was inattentive and unprofessional. Our water was never refilled, and to make matters worse, I was handed a glass that smelled bad and looked dirty – not what you expect at a place that’s supposed to focus on wine tasting and presentation.
The staff member who served us Asian guy with black frame glasses was not knowledgeable or articulate when it came to describing the wines, and his attitude felt dismissive and borderline rude. For a wine bar, I expected a more refined and welcoming experience. Sadly, this place missed the mark completely.
Save your money and go somewhere that respects both the wine and the guests.
They don’t even deserve my 1 star.
Great place to grab a small bite and and so.e excellent wine or beer. The staff are super nice and wonderful service

This spot has been here for 15 years! I’m still shocked. My wife and I popped in for a drink on a lazy Sunday. I had the Hazy, which was delicious, and she had Rose. It’s a cool spot. We’ll be coming come back to enjoy their food next.
Edwin was amazing! So knowledgeable and helpful. The wine was delicious and we will be back!

The cheese selection is always great. I tried the smoked Gouda and honey grilled cheese with prosciutto, it was amazing!!! The cheese and mustard dipping sauce was to die for. The best grilled cheese I’ve ever had. I hope they keep this on the menu.
