The owner was super nice & had lovely photos of his wife and himself displayed across the restaurant, along with photos with friends and customers. It therefore made it a very local, mom and pop type of restaurant. We also loved the abundance of fish tanks! The food, however, was sub-par. There was zero flavor on the chicken dishes we ordered. Which was super unfortunate, as we loved the people who worked here!

My buddy Rico told me to eat here and he was 100% right about how great the food is here. Hands down the best Pho in town!!! and Bruce is super friendly. Lots of regulars eat there for the same reasons.

Bruce is the man! The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, and the restaurant is always super clean. The customer service goes above and beyond—better than anywhere else, hands down. From the outside, the building might look like just another restaurant along the street, but once you step inside, it’s a totally different ball game. The food, the service, and the overall quality are all top-notch.
My go-to dish (that I come here for religiously) is the chicken pho—it’s absolutely delicious, and my kids love it too. Every visit is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

My daughter and were in town visiting. We are always up for some good Vietnamese food and this one was with in walking distance of our hotel. Boy did we find a gem. The food was outstanding! Large portions and so delicious. I stuffed myself because the thought of leaving any of it behind was unacceptable. If ever in Costa Mesa I definitely recommend stopping in. Say Hi, to Bruce. Pretty sure he's the owner. Such a great guy.

Wok-In is hands down the best Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant in the OC area. Both the taste and the quality of the food are consistently of the highest caliber, and we have been coming here for years. Always fresh, high quality, and plentiful ingredients with generous portion sizes and delicious flavor. Not to mention, Bruce, the owner, is one of the kindest, nicest, and friendliest people around. He has taken the time to get to know us, knows our favorite dishes, and always adds a personal touch. We feel very fortunate to have this gem and Bruce in Costa Mesa!
