I've been there many times, the food is great and the place is pretty good. I don't know the number of TV screens they have (a lot!) and last time we were there they were ALL showing the same football game. I understand it was KC vs LAC, but we asked to change channel on ONE, again, ONE of the many TVs (to watch the semi of the U.S. Open of tennis) and they declined because of some real B.S. coming from one of the bartenders. Really baffled and disappointed. We left and went next door to Black Knight where we definitely had much better service.

We went in late, everything else was closed. My GF was extremely hungry so they took a quick order of a taco first, ordered it and then came back for the order she received her Taco satisfied her hunger. Then the shared food came out, She ate 3/4 of that. She must have been hungry. The waiter was extremely accommodating, repeated checkups on us. Wonderful demeanor. Told manager about our great experience and suggested a bonus for him. I also gave him an extra tip.

I’m super grateful for Yardhouse as an establishment overall. I work odd hours and travel a lot, and I like to get an actual sit-down meal after 9:30 pm sometimes. They always come through, their late night food menu is such a draw for me. Their shiitake garlic noodles are top notch but I plan to try other things on the menu soon. I had a half size salad and a gluten free beer in addition. Total $32 before tip. Such a steal. Experienced great service at this location from both the host as well as my server and food runners. It’s nice to remember that hospitality isn’t a completely lost art in Southern California.
