A group of us went for our friend’s birthday dinner. Sage was our waiter, he offered us water and then asked if we wanted to order drinks, to which a few of us said that we were ready. He took 2 drink orders with no problem, when he got to me I asked if he had any Pilsner’s on tap (this was me looking for a recommendation) to which he VERY RUDLEY responded with, “Look at the menu”. The whole table, including myself, were in shock. I was waiting for him to laugh it off and then make a suggestion, the laugh or joke never came. I asked if he had any lagers, he told me to look at the menu again. I opened the menu and in a condescending tone told me to turn the page. I then saw the Pilsner section and asked if they had the House Pilsner, he said they did, so I told him I wanted to get that beer and then said, “you could’ve just said that”. He just stared blankly at me. He left for the drinks and the whole table was just appalled on how rude he was. He then came back with the waters and placed them on everyone’s coaster EXCEPT for mine (so petty). When he left I asked the table if I was overreacting and they told me I wasn’t and that they noticed how I was the only one that was getting that treatment and how bad it was. Fast forward to us ordering, the birthday girl ordered nachos and specifically told Sage she would like them without tomato. When the nachos came out, guess what? Yep, they had tomato. The birthday girl then asked for an extra plate to take off the tomatoes, in an attempt to help Sage notice that he made a mistake, he didn’t apologize and eventually brought out an extra plate. The whole point of this dinner was for my friend’s birthday, not once did Sage wish her a happy birthday or even bring out the typical dessert with a candle. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a waiter. I never ever leave bad reviews because I typically give people the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was terrible and I needed to write this review. Sage was rude, lazy and inattentive! I recommend YardHouse to talk to him before they lose more business! This is completely unacceptable! What a bad experience!

The food was tasty but the portions were small. We had a large group wgcuh was understandably challenging but everything took forever and everything just didn't seem to work. Was looking forward to this trip and my experience was mediocre.

I visited Yard House on a Thursday night, which wasn't too busy, but still kinda hyped. I was greeted by the host and sat at the Bar. The drinks were so good. I tried the Lavender lemon drop Martini, and it was amazing. The host recommended their whiskey glazed salmon, and it was absolutely delicious. All the staff were super friendly and I had a great experience at this location.

Food was delicious! Service was great! Parking was available and plenty on a Thursday afternoon.
Parking: Small parking garage it's packed during weekends
Service was average. Food was subpar. As a vegetarian asked for no egg and no bacon on a salad. Delivered with bacon on it. Asked for it to be remade. Clearly was not remade...dish came back as a mess and found bits of bacon while eating it. Appetizer arrived after entrees. The level of service and food at this location is well below the general consistent standard of most Yardhouse restaurants. Will not return to this location. Disappointed.

Everything was amazing. From the food to the service. The brussel sprouts were to die for. Huge beer selection and great variety of sizes. When I say the service was amazing, we had a party of 10 and no reservations, 40 min till end of happy hour. Our waiter made sure to get in all our orders before the end of happy hour and was very attentive.
