Highly unprofessional to say the least. My partner applied at this Yogurtland and was asked which dates she would be available to come in for the interview. Upon her response of Sunday at 2:00PM, the manager (as depicted in the photo attached) states "key is just to come by if u set a date~" Firstly, the comment was unnecessary. It's quite passive aggressive, actually. Mikey should trust that individuals who apply and set up a time to meet, will show up. If not, that clearly says enough about the applicant. Once again - the comment was nonessential. Furthermore, the comment screams that the store has staffing issues and that they are desperate for any hire instead of finding suitable candidates. The reviews on this Yelp about the management here, unfortunately, confirms just that. To add - my partner did not reply to that message from Mikey that was sent at 9:35pm because she was asleep by then for school. Mikey then sends an additional message at 12:27AM stating " it's ok thank you for applying" due to no response from my partner within that four hour time frame. No room for grace what so ever. You're going to message someone that late and expect a response right away? Absurd. Please review the way you regard your applicants, employees, and customers. Clearly something is not being done correctly here."

Maybe it's a Yogurtland thing, but why are these places unable to keep their stores clean? While filling my cup, I could tell this place does not regularly maintain their machines. Tart was hard and icy. Those blades need changed regularly! $7.50 later, it tasted terrible and I threw it out. Admittedly, I should have walked out when I saw the overall condition of the place. Perhaps an absentee owner as the store was busy and apparently poor quality isn't a problem for their clientele so no incentive to change things given other negative reviews.

No more free samples, they use the Covid excuse, place is dirty and has gone way down hill. The toppings bar is not like it used to be only fresh fruit is strawberries, no more walnuts. The price is now 67 cents per oz..

This place fell off a cliff. Used to be good now most of the flavors were not available place was kinda dirty. It's the closest to our house so probably love on to HOY or another place maybe. .

Self Serve from a choice of about onev(1 ) dozen varieties of frozen yogurt. Plus several dozen toppings can be added. Your cup is sold by weight. Eat in or take-out. Very, very clean ! Definitely glad this business has survived.

Good flavors available, service was great. They are doing sample cups again which is great. Gave us a plastic glove for covid. The fruit toppings looked fresh. Lots of parking. Bathroom was clean.

Abysmal customer service! To begin with, two of the frozen yogurt flavors were completely out, They didn't even have a card in place for them. To make The selection of choice even worse two of the other flavors had also ran out and barely had a dribble if anything coming out of them. When we get to the front counter I nicely told the girl working there that four the yogurts were out and they didn't even have anything that had any chocolate in it.She absolutely could have cared less. My partner and I were both shocked by the lack of customer service. To make matters worse none of the flavors that were available were even memorable. They barely met minimum requirements and at a premium price. We were both commenting, why didn't we just go to the grocery store across the street We could have got an entire tub of frozen yogurt that would have tasted better at less than the price of one of the yogurts that we bought. With two competing yogurt stores just a block away, We definitely will not be returning to yogurtland ever.

Good clean place

Although pricey (average for a small cup and 2 toppings is $6+), the yogurt is good and the flavors and toppings are unique and fun
