Its outside Macy's mall entrance on the 1st floor. Food is delicious, drinks were yummy, too. Not as sweet as you'd expect. There is a counter with layered options, and an open fridge with quick take home options. Eveything is very mindfully wrapped and survived my ride home after shopping for 2 hrs. There were plenty of tables and its quiet enough to socialize. The seats look uncomfortable, but theyre not.
Their Mango and Grape Fruit cake in a cute clear plastic container, was the only one looked interesting enough for me to try, after I was shocked and awed by all the prices circling around twice, and not ridiculously expensive for a tiny little slice of cake.
It’s amazingly flavorful, no idea how they made the mango and grape fruit flavors so intense, it’ll definitely wake you up in the morning or any time of the day.

Yu Cake is finally open and it's worth the wait. Gorgeous mille crepe cakes, pastries, puddings & expertly done coffee and teas. Their tiramisu latte is so pretty and not too sweet with good flavor. Decor is nice with comfortable dark blue velvet seats and black tables with gold finishings. Finally there's a decent place for coffee at South Coast Plaza!
