The food was outstanding. CVG has a large and varied menu, something for everyone. Chef John and Daniella are wonderful hosts and the live acoustic musicians add a whole other level of dining experience. I highly recommend the CVG for a romantic dinner date or group celebration.

After seeing several people in the community post rave reviews of Coto Valley Grill on Facebook, we decided to check it out in June not long after they first opened for dinner. The food is absolutely amazing. My husband had the salmon dish and said that it was the best salmon dish he has ever had at any restaurant. When I asked my husband where he wanted to celebrate his birthday this weekend he didn't hesitate to ask for Coto Valley Grill again. From the appetizers and salads to the entrees and desserts, it has all been very high quality and delicious. Even my 7 year old son is a fan. We will definitely be visiting regularly!

This restaurant is both casual and elegant. The dining experience is delightful with a menu that can satisfy either the simplest of desires or the desire for a fine dining experience. The food is amazing, consistently good and beautifully presented. It's a bit pricey.

It took awhile to get our table cleared after we finished eating our entrees......we were eating outside and the flies were annoying. I would not recommend sitting at the table outside by the wooden fence. The flies only seemed to around our table....I guess because we were not getting the breeze. However, once they cleared our table, the flies left. Everything else was very good.

Despite the A/C going out and being short staffed the Coto Valley Grill kept their composure and delivered fantastic food and made us feel cared for. They acknowledged the challenges of the evening and did a great job of rolling with the punches. The food was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The service was slow. Waitress did not come by our table often to ask us for more drinks and we had to constantly ask people to have the waitress come to our table. And we witnessed tables around us getting food before us even we were sat way before them
Dinner was wonderful! Food was fabulous (and beautiful, picture worthy)! This is a hidden gem within the gates of Coto. Went there for girls night out ... we passed our plates around because it was that good ... had to try them all! Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend if you enjoy culinary art.

We are very excited to have a fine dining option so close to home. The menu has something for everyone from New Zealand Lamb Chops to Fish & Chips. The Grilled Octopus and Duck Confit is wonderful. The service is also great. Can't wait to go back!

Waiter was fabulous. The food is delicious. We sat on the patio on a hot day but it was all shaded so we were fine. We enjoyed happy hour with small plates. 4:30-6:00. I wish more people in coto would support it. It's a beautiful location and the chef is wonderful.

Had an amazing lunch with my girlfriend, it exceeded our expectations! The quality of the food is exceptional along with beautiful presentation. We are very fortunate to have Chef John in the kitchen. I know I will be a regular at this restaurant.

First time trying out CVG on a gals outing and it was awesome! We shared three items that were all cooked perfectly, plated beautifully and did not disappoint the taste buds. Charred octopus atop chorizo confit, potatoes & Moroccan salad. Flavors were dynamite together! Next, Arancini- These breaded risotto bites sit in a rich truffle fondue that was delicious with the chardonnay. Perfect for sharing. And, last, the Caprese Salad! This version is prepared with burrata, heirloom tomatoes, and a light balsamic drizzle nestled between freshly grilled bread. We enjoyed the patio setting on a beautiful California evening! Our server was Luca and he took great care of us! Can't wait to come back to try CVG out a full dinner! Keep up the great work!!
