What a great find! Chef John recently catered our 80-person wedding - providing appetizers, main courses (buffet style w/ a carving station), and our dessert (a cake / croquembouche combo). Chef John is a seasoned pro and made choosing our menu a breeze. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests gave us tons of compliments on the overall experience.
