This year for our 45th High School reunion, the chef we hired to provide prime rib and chicken came down extremely sick less than 8 hours before our 70-100 guests were scheduled to arrive. Art’s BBQ came to our rescue. The food was amazing and you couldn’t ask for better customer service. Who would expect that on a night we thought the best we would be able to pull off was take out pizza, we were able to serve juicy and tender brisket and smoked chicken. Amazing!!! Not all hero’s wear capes. Some wear BBQ aprons!

Stopped by for lunch and ordered two combo plates, everything was delicious. Customer service was excellent, they are very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. We ordered as takeout but ended up eating right outside. There is also inside sitting.

We are from out of town (Sacramento). Was in the mood for BBQ. Having dinner now. Had to post this while I was eating. Such an unbelievable BBQ, brisket perfectly smoked and the chicken thighs, wow! What a surprise this place. May buy more tomorrow. Hats off to this business. Crescent City is lucky to have this place.

Visited Redwoods/crescent city in May and stopped at Art’s for lunch one day. It was delicious and we went back every day until we left, for one dish or another. The kids loved the Mac and cheese and everything was great. Staff was friendly/helpful with menu suggestions. I’ll think of them every time I see a Toyota T100 ;) 10/10 would go back

Went surfing and got hungry so we stoped at ARTS BBQ and I mean, it looks low key ghetto walking up but as soon as you go in the people are so freakin cool and OMG THAT MAC was to die for!!! The chicken was really tasty and seasoned well, the brisket was pretty fatty but it had good flavor and the portions weren’t bad at all👍 I’d recommend if you want some good meat and Mac!!

This place is one of the best I have had in a while. It does not look like much from the outside and has very little seating, but take out was bumping and they knew what they were doing. Brisket and pork were ok but the chicken was out of this world. Mac and cheese was pretty good too. Give it a try!!!

Small little place with great food that is perfect for grab and go! There is some space to stay and eat but it is small so better for 1-2 people. Very generous portions and the food has a lot of flavour.
Just went in with my family and got the 3 meat combo usually doesn’t come with ribs but they had them today and man were they delicious we are full to the brim ! We will be back asap thank you for the amazing food !

Stayed one night in crescent City and was looking for dinner to take to the hotel. Our first try was closed so we ended up finding Arts. What a glorious find. I wish we could stay longer just to eat here again. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food! Wow, the food! It was amazing and HUGE portions. I got the rice bowl with brisket and tri-tip. My son got a brisket sandwich. Both delicious. The house made garlic sauce was amazing. I wish I had gotten more of it. We were licking the cup clean, it was SO good!

Honestly not sure how the food is. My daughter and I drove over to have some brisket and Mac but once we arrived I assumed it was someone’s home and based on the look of the town I couldn’t risk it. Food pics look amazing though.
