Love their burgers. Did my first local by toast delivery order with them and now over 3 hours later 7 phone calls and a message to local by toast and still no food. They haven't even provessed the order and I cant get ahold of anyone. I say eat their food but do not do delivery. If anything goes wrong you cant get ahold of them! Which means you cannot cancel the order for a refund!!!!!!!
First time visiting and we were a big group of 8 hungry adults and kids! They were patient and accommodating. The food was delicious and filling. I had the Nashville Baconater and it was the perfect amount of spicey flavor. It came with sweet potato fries that were crispy, yet with a creamy center. I wish I lived closer. Cute place , great food, affordable ice-cream. Burgers were reasonably priced and delicious! Drinks come in a chilled glass and all the portions are very generous. Only down side was that service was not great we waited a long time for our food and to get our drinks (some forgotten until after food had arrived), we felt pretty ignored but the guy taking our order initially was a great help! Overall the quality and affordable nature made up for the service. Good things do come...
