The Hiouchi Omlette is the best omlette I ever had. It is GIANT and filling even without the sides. Our waitress was so sweet too! We would definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: They have a treasure chest for kids to incentivize them to act nicely at their meal time. Very clever!

Let me tell you this little place is awesome I haven't been here since 1989 was the last time I was here I was a little depressed as my family & myself had just buried my twin sister on Friday I wasn't really to go home so we decided to take a little road trip up to Crescent City, CA so up we went we love the ocean and the redwoods this little cafe is a Historic cafe they tell me it's in the big redwoods the air is so fresh and clean I would just love to live up here as I also love to fish anyway let's get back to this wonderful cafe they have such a nice variety of food on their menu to choose from I know they have something for everyone our waitress was Linda what a charm when you go in please ask for her she will give you a excellent service we couldn't of been happier I want to Thank you very much Linda we went out side to take pictures she ran out to take our phone to take all of us in the pictures I thought that was wonderful what waitress will do that the food was very good it was cooked the way I asked I sure would recommend this cafe !

Found this place on a whim and was not disappointed. This place was fantastic with fantastic food. Service, and atmosphere. A historical mom & pop restaurant which means you are getting food made from scratch with a family recipe.Our server Linda was literally the most friendly, fun, and helpful server ever. She was very much like talking to an old friend. She was also very resourceful in telling us about some of the local things to do that weren't tourist traps in the area. Best experience EVER.HIGHLY RECOMMEND stoping here if you are passing through or in the area. Also, request Linda as your server. You won't be disappointed!
