My four year old had dinner here tonight with her grandparents. We’re going on 1 hour and five puke sessions later. She has food poisoning and is holding her stomach in pain. I’m not happy! She had nuggets and fries nothing abnormal!

Our 1st time to dine in a Jack In The Box. The food was decently good, but I found the restaurant to be somewhat dingy. Windows needed a good cleaning. This has affected my overall feel of this place.

DO NOT GO THRU THIS JACK IN BOX. We spent 20-30 minutes trapped while we got to watch an employee play their phone because the back door was open :) fun times. Just go thru some where else.

Jack's is one of the Good fast foods in town. The food is always freshly prepared, tasty, and hot. I usually order through the app directly for the great rewards, but thankfully Jack's let's you scan your receipt and add them that way! The staff are awesome! Always friendly and helpful. I do believe the restaurant desperately needs a Makeover!!

This might be the worst Jack in the Box in California.
I’ve waited 10 years to enjoy jack in the box just once more only to be let down by management allowing employees to show up and work in dirty clothes looking like “a shower maybe in my future”

Staff are fine they work great and are patient but I got a bone to pick with the manager who replaces deserts with fries because it would cost the company more just order the amount of churros or replace it with a desert dumbest thing I’ve heard this year so far

Went last week, Tuesday, nobody responded at the drive thru, so we had to go in. The restaurant was dirty, bathrooms filthy, ordered a smash burger, it wasnt even a smash burger. Needless to say we are very disappointed and will not be returning.

Do not come here. This place is terrible! The people that work here ignore you and will not wait on you. They do not acknowledge you at all. We left and went down the road to Jack In The Box where they have very nice employees who take your order and are friendly.
