THIS IS A MAKE YOUR OWN PIZZA place. There is No oven in the store. GREAT STAFF
It's easy to think of it as regular pizza place and drive from the redwoods to know it's Bake your own pizza.
The store person and the manager were very understanding on the confusion

I have order pizza here at least twice a month for the past 10 or so years every once in awhile it wouldn't be right well the last 3 times I've ordered it had been wrong mind you I order at least 3 pizzas every time I order I'm about to give up on them you know 3 strikes you're out that's where I am
As of 6/17/25 I've gotten no satisfaction right after I made this post I got a response saying someone would be calling to so that they could make this right they ask for receipts so I sent them and I've heard nothing about making it right I would strongly recommend you think long and hard before going to the Papa Murphy in crescent City,ca
They have great customer service but the rewards app does not work for me for some reason and it is take and bake only pick up
