Charming cafe with cute souvenir-type items. This place prides itself on high quality coffee as a true coffeehouse rather than a standard cafe, but the coffee is not substantially better than most cafes (except Starbucks, which is bottom-tier). The coffee IS good, but it doesn't hold a candle to the local coffeehouse in my hometown. Also, the menu is rather limited since it does emphasize coffee. But again, their coffee isn't good ENOUGH to warrant the limited to selection, in my opinion. But if you go here, you will get a good cup of coffee. So it does serve its purpose. Also a nice 3rd space, suitable reading area.

We’re traveling through and my husband found this coffee spot for us to try before our adventures and I really loved the Mocha latte I was made. My kids loved their matcha lattes.

If you're a person of diversity this is your coffee shop. I have a friend who was sitting down having a cup of coffee with another friend and there was a woman who did not like their conversation so she butted in and told my Hispanic indigenous friends to go back to their own land. the manager/owner handled the situation in a very Tastefully way and also, she seems to be very protective over her employees 🥹. Apparently the woman who was saying the racial slurs has caused problems at this coffee shop a few other times and at the end of the confrontation she was told she's no longer allowed to come to the coffee shop for continuing to create issues. so at the end of the day even though we had to deal with a woman being disgustingly racist it was so refreshing to know that we have a coffee shop that is also a safe place for people of diversity thank you so much not all heroes wear capes

I loved the hot lavender latte specialty drink at Paragon, it got me through 2 hours protesting outside and meeting a lot of new people today. The latte had some orange zest and that warmed up well with the floral. Paragon is a nice place to meet up with friends and fam, with a gorgeous interior and bathroom. Also, me and my dog devoured the double yolked hardboiled egg from Alexander Farms 🫶 Paragon Coffeehouse cooked it perfectly, no grey iron yolk and very fresh.

I saw the reviews and pictures of this coffee and was looking forward to a great cup of coffee. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. The service was nice and the atmosphere was good too. I ordered a cappuccino. My wife could see how it was prepared, and she's really no coffee expert, but she was outraged. The barista had simply poured the frothed milk in from the side and didn't even try to pour the milk nicely into the espresso. This ruined the crema, the coffee tasted bad, and there was no latte art to speak of.
I don't mind at all if someone fails to make a coffee or doesn't have the skills, but she didn't even try. After that, she made more cappuccinos, taking her time and conjuring up beautiful latte art. It was apparently so good that she even had to take a photo of it. As a customer, I feel a bit cheated and wonder why she didn't at least try to make me a good cappuccino.

We came twice for coffee while camping in the Redwoods and loved it! The staff were all extremely kind and friendly! Their Van Pan latte was a fav and their drip coffee was delicious too! Very cute shopping area too! I would highly recommend stopping for coffee here! They also do military discount for the military member which was really sweet! 50% off his coffee!

Not a coffee person, but that was one of the best mochas I've had. Bagel hits the spot when you're hungry.
