Rolling Sesame is a food truck, a little trailer on the corner by Port O' Pints south beach. Don't let the trailer fool you, as the food that comes out is absolutely amazing, with big flavor. The young couple who run it are the most friendly people and work very well together. The food is made quick and served fast, with dishes ready in about 6 to 15 minutes. They have little buzzers that let you know when your food is ready.
The menu features delicious fusion between different cultures and Asian cuisine. Dishes are perfectly cooked with fresh and a variety of ingredients. Specific meals include Honey Glazed Fried Chicken, Beef Phó, Korean BiBimBop with GoChuJang, ramen with so many toppings and a delicious broth, chicken basil meal with an egg, sweet and sour chicken, wonton soup, and egg rolls. The Bibimbap is delicious and steaming hot, the ramen is so good, and the basil chicken is phenomenal. The food quality is very good, the taste is good, and there are zero complaints. The price is reasonable.
It is a convenient location with easy parking. While waiting or eating, you can go into the Port O' Pint Harbor Bar or Port O Pints south beach to listen to music, watch the basketball game, or enjoy good beer, pool tables, axe throwing, darts, and video games. It is considered the best corner in Crescent City, guaranteeing the best food.
