Super nice baristas and absolutely amazing coffee every single time. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help, no matter how busy it gets or what time of day I come in. Some of the workers that can be a little snooty and disrespectful towards you. If you are not dressed a certain way. I can tell from when I walk in the time I walk out and how they are with me when they talk to me

I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini this morning and when I got home there was no tomato or mozzarella in it, just bread and basil. I called Starbucks and they said to come in and get another which I did. I realize that this wasn't their fault but they were very nice in giving me another one. Great customer service

It's quite possible that this Starbucks location is the worst in Northern California. This location misses the mark each time you go there. They've got the worst drinks, the worst employees, and the dirtiest location. It's not been the same since Sapphire left. Management needs a serious overhaul.

We got the drive through for a pick me up while on the road. My husband got a latte and I got the new mocha salted caramel strato frappoccino. Mine was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll try with half the syrups.
