Some of the workers that can be a little snooty and disrespectful towards you. If you are not dressed a certain way. I can tell from when I walk in the time I walk out and how they are with me when they talk to me
I ordered a tomato and mozzarella panini this morning and when I got home there was no tomato or mozzarella in it, just bread and basil. I called Starbucks and they said to come in and get another which I did. I realize that this wasn't their fault but they were very nice in giving me another one. Great customer service
We got the drive through for a pick me up while on the road. My husband got a latte and I got the new mocha salted caramel strato frappoccino. Mine was a little too sweet for my taste. Next time I'll try with half the syrups.
