Picked up a sandwich for lunch. When I got back to work and opened it, there was a red, blood-like substance smeared on the bread and inside the wrapper. The decision to go to Subway for lunch turned into a waste of time and money. Don't make the mistake. $10 for a nasty 6'' sub is crazy even without blood on it.

This subway gets really packed.
Suggestion maybe to hire more to speed the process. The pickup orders have been late and 15.00 + for one sub is to much, the need to bring back the five-dollar footlong should be a thing.

Every time I go before going to work they close 30 min early and turn customer away store owner has to be loosing money and the service they provide for working people is not good

They never seem to be able to get a door dash order correct. And definitely don't have any integrity. I guess as long as the food gets out the door. These people sent me a meatball sub forgot the cheese on charred black bread .

The young man making our sandwiches was so welcoming. He was very interested in what and why we were here. Superset guy I wished I got his name. His family owns a restaurant and he loves working on cars. Kudos to you young man!!!

I feel this chain has lost its way. It's the BOTTOM LINE stupid! The problem is their bottom line appears to have forgotten the customer. WE WANT A GOOD VALUE! Selling us a sandwich for twice the price while reducing the meat to half the amount is NOT A GOOD VALUE. I'll spend my money somewhere else, and I recommend you do so also.

It's the only way these chains are going to learn. We, the customer, will tolerate a little inflation or a little shrinkflation, but NOT BOTH!
