I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Very, very bad experience. Since we arrived I think they made a mistake with the order because they delayed it. We ordered a double chicken bowl and when we got home it didn't bring the chicken, they came with pure lettuce with more accompaniment except the chicken which is supposed to be what they charge the most for the bowl. My husband returned to make the claim and the young people who attended to him were not at all empathetic or polite. In front of him they put 3 pieces of chicken to which he responded that it was double and they told him that that was the portion they could give him, assuming that he had already eaten the chicken. I work in a restaurant and very close to them, we are neighbors and I don't give more details, I'll leave you thinking but it was fair to either change the order for a new one or return the money. But they did nothing about it to help the client when they were the ones in total error. We will never visit that place again. And my advice is to check your order before leaving the place because you will end up eating poorly and paying for something that has not been served to you.

The chicken is very flavorful, I would said this was my favorite pollo loco , but every time I want to buy a meal or a family meal they refuse to give ur meals with the chicken breast , I don 't understand why If I automatically know I am paying extra for it, not coming back
