After working a long day, I wanted to treat myself and not cook today. I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza. I have never came to this location even if it's close to my home. I go to the one in south gate on tweedy.I didn't bother to open the box till I got home. Once I sat down and open the box I was disappointed. My pizza was over cooked or almost burnt. About 3 of the slices were hard. The cheese was hard or not sure if they had added enough cheese to those part. But I was very sad my pizza was not made correctly.

I always order ahead on the app so picking up is easy and fast. Pizza always fresh. Plus on veterans day they hooked it up with a lunch combo. Thanks Little Caesars Pizza

I just bought this Hawaiian pizza and another pizza yesterday for pick up at 7:43 p.m., and by today, the ham already had green mold on it. Only 1 person had a slice yesterday. Thankfully, they didn't get sick. I should have checked the quality of the pizza before I left the store. Seems the ham they used must have already been bad. I've never had pizza go bad this fast after being stored correctly. I will never be coming back to this location. If they didn't have any good ham, then they could have canceled the order or let the customer know to change the order. Disgusting.
9/1/2023I recently just had terrible service from the staff at this place. They kept me waiting for 15 minutes over a large pepporni pizza, which shouldn't be hard to make. And to make it worse, I was never given a receipt of my order and the cashier switched roles with someone else that didn't acknowledge me.

My husband purchased for delivery 5 pizzas and 2 hot wings , and we only received 4 pizzas without the Hawaiian he was awaiting and absolutely no wings at all. The driver took an alternate route before coming to us, and when he gave us only the 4 pizzas, he left without getting the tip or answering any of my husband's questions. For such a costly order, how could a driver leave Little Ceasars without checking the VISIBLY TWO RECEIPTS ON THE ONE PIZZA BOX? That's not okay ! My husband was looking forward to eating his Hawaiian pizza and wings. We had to call the number on the two receipts and hope they return his money. Little Ceasars or the driver? NOT GOOD!

Worst customer service. Not only I order it online and got confirmation that the pizza was ready for pickup, it wasn't ready. Then employer was rude to me because in my order I ordered 2 sauces. She rudely told me that I order only 1 but I had to show proof that she was wrong and rudely tossed the sauces at me and walked away. This store needs to train employers some manners and good customer service.
