The shakes here are so bomb, especially after your personal trainer (Cesar) almost kills you. My favorite is the peanut butter and jelly protein shake with an extra scoop of protein!

love this place. The ambiance of the gym is amazing. Everyone is working hard and the convenience of having the coffee bar in house is the best, you can grab a quick protein shake or coffee on the go and stay on top of your routine.
