Tastes like hot milk instead of caramel macchiato. There were only guys there and it seemed as if they didn't want to take your order. They made 4 orders after mine and they still gave me an attitude when I asked for mine. Guy gave me a venti instead of a grande, but that's not the point. Sorry, it's my hood, but never going back.

Went through drive through got helped by a guy with glasses by the name of Johnny he had the worst attitude when I tried to tell him he gave us the wrong drink with an attitude he said "what !!" and closed the window in my face is ok to have bad days but don't take it out on people

They take an eternity at the drive thru. Only come here cause the one in Bell is currently closed but damn. I'd rather drive to BG regardless of the drive, because by the time I come back from BG I'd probably still be waiting in this line.

47 minutes for 4 drinks. They tried to give me an iced latte when it was supposed to be hot. 2 of my drinks had been sitting on the side for who knows how long because someone didn’t label them and no one knew who they belonged to. At least they remade my blended drink since it sat there for so long it’d separated. Can’t blame the store for the kids running around, but no one said anything to the moms as the children coughed everywhere and were touching the mobile order drinks.

Just got a white chocolate and mocha but it's so bitter and cannot taste the white chocolate at all.
They always give the drinks with color looking pale so they en up tasting very watered down. And be careful telling them that cuzz they get mad and say “i know how to make drinks, next time make sure you ask for the right thing “.. Ive been getting the saame thing for years ?
