They told me they stopped making my coffee so they can make someone else's. I waited 30mins past the pick up time.

Kiana and Raven are amazing baristas. Both place a smile on my face every morning. My comadre Tita and my friend Maribel also goes on a daily basis. When Kiana or Raven assists us they just brighten our whole day.

OVERPRICED and No customer service skills. Stop by 4/16/25 @ 1:15pm. I ask Employee EVELYN on the drive thru for a Carmel drizzle cup with ice along with other drinks she rudely refuse and said she was going charge me for a REGULAR Drink. I said I will pay the difference but not for a whole NEW drink. She kept yelling and continued giving me hard time, my family and I left with NO drinks. Had my Drinks done at Starbucks in South Gate in front of Azalea shopping center only charge me .60 extra for a cup of caramel drizzle. No wonder they get so many bad comments on their reviews.

Customer service is lacking at this location. I asked to add a cake pop after my drive through order was placed for my child and Adrianna at the window at refused to add to my order she said “we can’t add anything to your order, I know it sucks”. I had to park my vehicle and come inside the store to purchase my child a cake pop. What an inconvenience. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

I always have a problem getting sweet creme on the side instead of putting it in my coffee although I pay $1.25 for it.
One manager said that their policy has changed. Their corporate offices disagreed.
The baristas are great though.
They are just torn on what to do.

I placed a mobile DT order and came through drive thru. As soon as I pull up the barista is like “if your order is not ready your going to have to park and come inside” I didn’t pay no mind to it because there was 3 cars I front of me. I pull up and the barista is telling me to park. I asked if I can wait there because I have a toddler that just fell asleep in the back. He says no and goes gets who I think is his manager. Telling me to park and come inside to get my drinks. I said why? It’s the same thing if I would’ve ordered at the speaker. This is the first time and last time I come to this location. Not understanding at all. And to top it off 1 of my drinks was made wrong.

I go often to this location and order the matcha latte, never had an issue. Until today (about 5:10 am) I ordered the usual through drive thru (venti matcha latte) and it was half of the cup, it wasn't blend properly. I didn't want to go inside and let know , cause it took a lot of time for them to give my latte. I didn't want to wait 15 minutes again.
