Very bad customer service, the girls treated me in a bad way!!!!! Just telling them that I better not buy anything from them and I got out of it!!!!

forgot part of my order and then they wouldnt pick up the phone when i tried calling and letting them know since i didnt feel like driving back. didnt answer the phone for about 5min and had to drive back. the window attendant gave me attitude when i explained the situation. after remaking my order they hand me the bag and i couldnt believe it but once again they gave it to me without part of my order, the same part i came back for. 30min of my time because your team cant remember to put a taco in a bag. and you want more than minimum wage?

Drive to lane is so small, the only reason when I go here is because the location it's the closest. Laura D .cashier has the worst customer service. Won't even hand you the food through drive through correctly. She makes you reach all the way to her window. Didn't even bother to offer sauce.

It really sucks to walk in all happy to purchase food and be received with such an attitude and coldness. These 2 ladies shouldn't be working if they have no people skills. I will not be returning here anymore.

I like the food but the service is terrible. They see that people want something and they don't help them. They prefer to be talking and you talk to them and they get crazy. The truth is they think they are at home but they get paid to help people as if they were. people are going to ask them

Why make you park on the front, is a long way to go all the way to the front plus there’s no cars. Bad service plus the food wasn’t all that the tacos were nasty and my fries were not fresh made.

Worst place ever , almost 45 mins on the drive thru just to get my food, that's ridiculous, works where just standing talking doing nothing , like really taco bell , you need to do better than this, people go on drive thru to get it fast, not to stay 45 mins waiting

The manager helped me and I didn't have change. For a purchase of 20 dollars. And he told me it was one. Out of 100. And I didn't have one. He didn't sell me a bad way of serving the customer. Take care of your need

We were waiting in the drive true and they taking so long and my 3 years old need to use the potty so we went to the lobby 8:30 and the man that was cleaning the lobby said we can't use the restroom we went back to the car my poor baby pee herself and I ask the boy in the drivetrue a what time they close the lobby ? he said at 9pm 😒🤨 we went 30 min before closing
