I went there one time during the night. There’s was no customers they had 4 employees all chatting with each other. And when I told them I was ready to order they gave me attitude and told me to use the kiosk.

I usually love Taco Bell, but this place is the worst ever. The burrito was cold. The flower tortilla was cold. The beans inside were hard and cold as when you scoop out Rosarita beans out of the can. The nastiest burrito ever.

Ordered the luxe box, and all items were bad. The chalupa shell was hard and must've been stale. The shell taco was soggy and stuck to the wrapping. The Burrito. I swear, I have been to plenty of location, and by far, this was the most skimpy burrito I have purchased from Taco Bell. Oh, and they got the drink wrong.

forgot part of my order and then they wouldnt pick up the phone when i tried calling and letting them know since i didnt feel like driving back. didnt answer the phone for about 5min and had to drive back. the window attendant gave me attitude when i explained the situation. after remaking my order they hand me the bag and i couldnt believe it but once again they gave it to me without part of my order, the same part i came back for. 30min of my time because your team cant remember to put a taco in a bag. and you want more than minimum wage?

Drive to lane is so small, the only reason when I go here is because the location it's the closest. Laura D .cashier has the worst customer service. Won't even hand you the food through drive through correctly. She makes you reach all the way to her window. Didn't even bother to offer sauce.
