The cookies are delicious got a snickerdoodle, white chocolate and macadamia, and cookies and cream. They where alot better than I thought. And they where cold I could only imagine warm with some cold milk would be really good. Issue is choices they didn't have the smores and any other options. I'm a big oatmeal raisin person, and peanut butter cookie. Also the price $5 for a cookie is alot not cheap at all. But I imagine it's definitely worth it. Update ordered a few different ones really good like stated above wishe they had traditional and I wish they didn't run out period but still pretty good maybe have to go earlier in the day to pickup.

Ambiance: I love the inside of this place. It's crazy cute and right on theme (I know it's just me, but I think all dessert places should smell like dessert. This place lacked that)Service: We were the only ones at the time, but we got the best treatment... gave us the breakdown of every cookie we asked about, even gave me a sample of the purple drank (it's a lemonade), which was better than I thought it would be.Food: I prefer a flat cookie, so these cookies weren't my favorite. I got the sampler pack (because im indecisive, $12) and the full-size Nutty OG ($5) for my sister. The cookies were good, not as soft and gooey as they look but a decent cookie nonetheless.

Man cookie plug is just so good. From the fruity pebbles, to the s’mores, it’s just so good. The cookies are always huge and are really good quality. It’s better than their competitors and cheaper too. The whole atmosphere feels so cool and they their selection of cookies is simple and easy to order. The place is clean and the staff are always chill, I’ll definitely recommend it.

Just called to ask if they take pre paid. The girl gave me attitude and hung up on me. I don't care how good the cookies look, I am never giving that placenot even a penny of my money. Never buying there!

So it's weird, because the way they talked to us, I thought we were in a dispensery- but being our first time- wasn't sure what to expect, they have a layout of their selection of cookies and have them on a rack similar to donuts.. so these are amazing tasting cookies at a higher than normal price, nice crunch outside that quickly transforms to a soft, chewey, moist center. Please not - they have minis, so you can taste all of them. These do not taste like they're big brother counterparts.. they're more crunchy. My opinion - buy the big ones only

What a find honestly.In a city played with not the most healthiest food or even the tastiest…. Th the Cookie PLUG comes through with sweet desserts that don’t hurt the wallet or your stomach and even caters to the vegan folk . Friendly staff and awesome decor.

My Apple Pay was not working and the two employees were amazing they did everything to help me out, it was embarrassing but they were so kind about it my little brothers loved the experience
Literally stop being uptight and go try them. These cookies are not "special cookies" just regular cookies that are delicious and addicting!!!

The dispensary/hip hop look and feel of the store distract from the fact that one cookie is $5. The cookies are good and they offer several different varieties. If visiting, purchase the bulk options as you'll get more cookie for your coin.
